I was really looking forward to my appointment at Lilly's Bridal because of their large selection and designers I had been excited to try, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. At the start of the appointment, we were given a brief tour of the store and then expected to pull most of the dresses ourselves. I had done my research ahead of time and even saved specific dresses on Pinterest that I wanted to try. When I showed these to my stylist, I was told they did carry those dresses, but I was still expected to search for them on the floor with my family rather than having assistance pulling options, which felt surprising and frustrating for a bridal appointment. Throughout the appointment, I also didn't feel very comfortable asking for help when it came to adjusting the dress for photos on the pedestal, so my family ended up stepping in to assist instead as most of the time the stylist stood off to the side seeming disinterested and offered no assistance. As the appointment went on, I was able to find a few dresses I liked but wasn't feeling like I had found "the one." I asked my stylist, Heather, for guidance on what else I might try based on the styles I seemed to be leaning toward, but was told there wasn't really anything else to suggest. This was disappointing given the size of their selection. Later, when my mom pulled a couple additional dresses for me to try, I was told I was running low on time and that if I didn't like those dresses, it might not be worth trying them on. The way this was communicated made me feel uncomfortable and rushed, and I ultimately felt a bit awkward continuing the appointment. By the end, I felt stressed and ready to leave, and although I did try on one final dress and revisit one I liked, the experience overall left me feeling disappointed. While I was excited going into Lilly's Bridal, I ultimately left feeling very underwhelmed by the level of guidance and support during the appointment. The old Ikea stuffed dog had been around the uSA and needed some repair work, I stopped in and the Taylor here took the stuffed animal and made all the needed repairs. Lily's Bridal was an AMAZING experience! First and foremost I have to give the biggest shout out to the associate who helped me, Ann. Ann was so friendly, and really listened to what I wanted as far as style, budget, and the parts of my body I wanted to highlight or bring less attention to. Ann was incredibly encouraging when I was becoming overwhelmed and was very kind making sure that I was picking something I truly LOVED. Luckily this was the first store I went to, and I didn't need to go anywhere else! I do believe a big part of this was because of Ann's ability to understand customer's wants and needs, her knowledge of the stores inventory, and her unwavering upbeat attitude. There were so many options in my budget, and Ann made sure that any dresses she chose were within that budget I did not feel pressured at any point to leave with something or to spend more than I could afford. My experience at Lily's bridal was flawless from start to finish! I'm so glad this was the first place I went to in search of my dress and ended up saying yes to the second dress I tried on! Let me start with how professional and sweet every staff member is. From the moment you check in, to your personal assistant, to the manager Taylor who helps with sizing and customizations, everyone was so friendly and so good at what they do. Emi was the assistant assigned to me with my appointment and oh my goodness is she just the sweetest person ever. She is upbeat, passionate about what she does, and there for you every step of the way giving you her full undivided attention and offering helpful suggestions. She asked me important questions about my personal style and what I'm looking for to help search for the perfect dress. They do a really cute tradition when you have found THE dress where they make you close your eyes, put a veil on you and hand you a bouquet, and have you open your eyes to see yourself as a bride. They dim the lights with a spotlight only on you and it took my breath away and brought tears to my eyes. It made the experience of saying yes so much more memorable. Taylor the manager is really awesome about helping you choose the perfect size, taking your measurements, and offering custom sizing if needed, which I needed because I have a small chest and very wide hips. Emi explained each bullet point in the contract before I signed it and they allow you to pay 60% up front and the remaining 40% when your dress arrives which lessens the financial impact all at once. The other ladies working there complimented me as I had my dress on and made conversation with my sister and I throughout the whole experience as well- you can really see how much of a happy family they are and it creates a warm, happy environment that makes you feel special on your special day. I have been to other bridal galleries in the area that are chaotic, very cut and dry with no special touch, and assistants who don't give you any special attention and are helping so many brides simultaneously. If I could give more than five stars I would! The whole process from setting up an appointment to looking for a dress and purchasing your gown is seamless. I actually made a different appointment at another boutique in the event I didn't find something at Lily's; however, Lily's selection is filled with so many styles that I didn't need to go anywhere else and ended up cancelling my other appointment after I found my DREAM dress. Chey, my stylist, was so warm and welcoming and paid attention to my likes and dislikes, pulling a variety of gowns for me to try. After trying on four or so dresses, she said she was going to pull one more she thought I'd like and she hit THE NAIL ON THE HEAD. I was in LOVE. She listened to what I said I liked or didn't like in the previous dresses and found me an even more beautiful gown than I could have imagined. Chey took my measurements, walked me through the ordering and fitting process, and I was able to provide a deposit and walk out feeling confident and SO excited to marry my fiancé in a gorgeous gown. I went to Lily's to look at wedding dresses and had a great experience! I did not buy a dress at Lily's because I found my dream dress which only one other store carried, but that is not their fault. They have a huge selection of dresses and in house tailoring so they can and will customize pretty much anything for you. The woman helping me was so kind, unfortunately I do not recall her name, but she was patient and did not pressure me to buy anything. I actually signed a contract for a dress and then got cold feet and started *hysterically sobbing* and everyone was so nice about it even though I was embarrassed, lol. She told me no pressure, tore up the contract, and gave me her card to call her directly if I decided I did want the dress. I really appreciated this because I was having a long and stressful shopping day! They have a good selection of sizes to try on which I appreciated and had modesty panels for anything which was too small and didn't close. I encountered other stores where all the samples were way smaller than the average woman, but I did not have this problem at Lily's (and I never went to their curvy store, which I assume has even better size options)! The customer service here is great. My sister had come in a couple weeks back and tried on a couple dresses, one of which ended up being the one she compared all else to (and came back today to get). Though my sister didn't remember the consultant she worked with the first time we came in, when we called we spoke to Lily (the owner) about coming back for the dress and she helped us as soon as we came in. She was able to retrieve all of our prior info and pull the dress immediately so it was a quick and easy, in-and-out process. They have a wonderful selection of dresses, suitable for all different price ranges and venues. My sister is having a beach wedding and found the perfect light, flowy dress that fit her personality so perfectly. They have wonderful sales associates here who take the time to listen to you and don't pressure you into making a purchase you're not ready to. Definitely a wonderful bridal shop in town. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! I had made an appointment online but there was confusion as to which store I made the appointment. When I got to this location, Haidy and Daisy were more than welcoming. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to fit me in for an appointment the same day and I found my dream dress. Daisy was awesome! She asked about my style and budget right off the bat so there was no confusion! She pulled so many beautiful dresses I was in awe each time! When I knew I found the one, we set up another appointment to try it on and FaceTime my family. She helped me into my dress and she left me to have privacy to speak to them. I want to start off by saying, Lily's TRULY dedicates themselves to give their brides the WHOLE bridal experience. I went a week ago to begin looking at dresses for the first time and I did not have the greatest experience with the first consultant I had. However, in that experience I also had the opportunity to find THE dress! I didn't buy the dress right away because I just wasn't comfortable with the consultant and I had to figure out numbers at home. Fast forward a week, I called to make my reservation to purchase the dress. I had told Karina on the phone that I wanted to purchase the dress and I knew I needed to come in to do so therefore I asked for a time to come in. She asked if I wanted to work with the same consultant and with much hesitation I eventually told her what had happened with the consultant and how uncomfortable I was and if it was ok to change my consultant. She immediately was EXTREMELY helpful and even nudged me to try on my dress and get the whole bridal experience with my new consultant Lexi! LEXI WAS A DREAM COME TRUE! Her spunky personality and desire to see me in THE dress was truly heart warming. She truly gave me the entire bridal experience, she was extremely patient, and she tended to my every need, and I did not feel rushed or intimidated by my dress. She truly gave me the experience I needed to say yes to my dress. She made my first and only experience looking for my wedding dress magical. I showed her the dress styles I was interested in and it's a designer they have a lot of dresses of, Maggie Sottero. I also felt in love with the various styles she picked for me and it flattered my figure well. She was very accommodating to me and what I like and don't like. Went here to try on dresses for fun.. Just kidding I went here for my cousin and as we walked in we were overwhelmed with a ton of beautiful dresses! We made an appointment (which is recommended but not required). We were helped with an assistant and she was more than happy to help us find dresses that suit the style we were looking for and for the price we were wanting. She was more than happy to help find different styles and helped my cousin go in and out of dresses. She didn't pressure us at all in picking a dress and was able to give us different perspectives. I am so glad this was our first place to go dress shopping! It is a must go when trying to say yes to a dress! PS: there are roughly 7 dressing rooms! I said yes to the dress at Lily's back in February of this year. I had such a great experience with my stylist Daisy. Daisy was attentive and made the process extremely easy for me, a very indecisive bride. Later, I went back in to gather ideas for bridesmaids dresses and again Daisy helped me pull out styles that I liked and helped me take pictures of each. I do recommend that all brides and bridesmaids schedule appointments during weekdays, if possible, in order to guarantee full attention and a less crowded atmosphere. My bridesmaids tried on several dresses and even though I was open to various styles, they ended up all with the same dress. Again, Daisy provided her professional opinion with accessorizing, alteration suggestions and answered any questions. While my experience with Daisy was wonderful, I cannot give Lily's 5 stars because of my experience with Elizabeth. While Daisy was extremely welcoming, detail oriented, and explained every single step of the process from payment to dress care, Elizabeth did not provide such service. At my first fitting, Elizabeth was not unfriendly but she didn't talk much to me at all. Instead, she just pinned my dress and was on her way. At my second fitting, my dress was bigger on me than at the first fitting as Elizabeth had noted that the seamstress needed to take out my dress rather than take it in. This was not the case at all, and rather than apologizing for the mistake she only commented on how the dress looked by asking if I had lost weight. These fittings were only a few weeks apart and I certainly had not lost weight. I was upset by her accusation and even more so when she then suggested I keep the dress that way if I wanted to be able to dance at my wedding. Thankfully at my final fitting the seamstress, Jewel, was there and she made my dress fit me absolutely perfectly. Elizabeth was again present but almost avoided us entirely, which I was fine with at this point. I would absolutely recommend Lily's to any bride as they have beautiful dresses at very fair prices. Budget budget budget - that's what it's all about. If you're looking for a dress $3,000 and under this is a shop you HAVE to consider...and I say $3,000 is definitely on the high end. In fact their cap might be $2,000-2,500. Yes, you should look and feel absolutely SMASHING on your big day but even if I COULD spend $8,000 on a dress, why?! Mama needs a new roof, windows, bathroom, etc...LOL..The quality of the dresses here are still exceptional. Though I did not find my dress here, I really liked having Julianna as my consultant. She was super sweet and helpful. This was my first appointment ever and had gone in with just 1 of my close girlfriends so I could start the hunt. I was a few minutes late but once I got there we got right to work. I filled out a form so they could get to know me and what I was looking for. They shared with me how the store was organized and who the designer was that was holding a trunk show. After we both pulled some contenders we got to trying on everything. All the dresses I tried on were a size 10....and too small for me. I started getting really self conscious and made sure we grabbed at least 1 'plus size' dress just so i could fit into a dress. I think this store could improve if they had just a little bit more varying of sizes. I wanted to try on mermaid but we only pulled A-line and then got into other styles. Going in all I knew was that with my body type I should try some A-line dresses. Julianna helped me mull through some other styles such as Fit and Flare. Quickly I began to identify what I TRULY liked and did not end up liking between textures, styles, color, etc. Julianna was great in helping me really determine where to focus - that I liked lace, illusion and beading. And that I really did NOT want something so plain and simple. :) There was 1 dress I loved because of the detailing. It was beautiful large lace pattern with some beading and sparkle. I couldn't tell at first glance what it was and she pointed out that it was clear sequins under the beading. Ultimately i DID find that detailing in 'the one' I found. I had made a second appointment to go back a different weekend with more knowledge and a clearer outlook but I ended up cancelling as I found my dress at another store. If this store still ends up on the higher end of your budget, they do have their OUTLET store across the street. Don't be intimidated or shy about your budget. STICK to your budget. Don't forget about alterations!! Overall, Lily's was a great place for this first-time bride that knew close to nothing about dresses. I made an appointment for 10am on Saturday and showed up about 5 minutes late due to traffic. When I arrived, I checked in and showed the woman helping me, Annie, a photo of what I liked on my phone (from Pinterest). She was able to help me pick out a few dresses to suit my style that were in my indicated price range. No pressure to come up in price, which I liked. She didn't mention the clearance rack at the back of the store (that my mother found from wandering around), but was happy to add the ones I found from there to my "try-on" pile. While in the dressing room, she was helpful and happy to let me try on dresses in any order I liked, and wasn't pushy on any particular styles or dresses. I truly felt like she wanted me to find a dress I liked. I didn't want to say yes to the first dress I tried on (that I found myself on the clearance rack), but the more I tried on, the more I felt it just might be "the one." At the end of our appointment, I asked if I could put the clearance dress on hold while I look at other stores that day. She happily put it aside with my name on it, and said to just come back by the end of the day if possible. I went to a few other stores that day, but no other dresses felt as great as the very first clearance find. We got back to Lily's about an hour before closing on a Saturday and though my original help left, a wonderful young lady named Brooke was able to help me after a very short wait. I asked if I could try the dress on one more time (making it the third time in this dress) just to be absolutely sure. She was just as helpful and didn't rush me to make a decision at all. She even helped us to look at veils. I eventually purchased the dress with Brooke's help. Overall, Lily's was professional and accommodating. I only wish they would've mentioned the clearance rack without us having to hunt for it, and that the store's location was a bit larger. At some points I did feel a bit cramped with all the other brides and bridal parties. I did hear that they're opening in place of Modern Bridal across the street, so maybe that will help. Also, the direct sunlight can make the front area of the building pretty warm during the day, which isn't the best environment for wedding dress shopping. These are just super nit-picky details. It was okay. I wouldn't recommend it for anything else but wedding dresses. Their bridesmaid selection was 1/8th of the store and never saw any flower girl or MOB dresses. My sister and I stopped in to look at bridesmaid dresses. At the time, I was really into sequin dresses I saw at Alfred Angelo (before it closed), when I explained my vision, she, as polite as she could, told me how that was a horrible idea and the whole point of bridesmaids dresses are to be boring and plain-so they don't outshine the bride. Yeah she was nice about it but it's my day, dammit (laugh). We found some lace dresses that were a potential, but she advised against lace since my dress is lace and it would clash. I guess at this point I grew my bridal balls and told her I wanted to try them anyway. My sister is plus size, and the largest sample they carry are size 12 (with one or two 14s), so unfortunately she became really self conscious and didn't want to try them on and asked me to try them on for her. We left without buying anything, and found dresses elsewhere. However they have soooo many beautiful wedding gowns, that were unlike anything I saw at DB or AA! Upon being in Lily's Bridal store for only 5 minutes I came out to see my car being put on the tow truck. The bridal store is aware of the predatory tow truck but fails to provide sufficient parking for their clients. The lot had no available spots. This leads me to believe that the bridal store is complicit in the scam of towing their own clients. We had purchased multiple dresses for a bridal party, spending thousands of dollars. I will not be coming back or referring other customers to this business until the management provides sufficient parking to it's paying customers. The towing company is Performance Road Towing of Orlando. They lurk around the corner of the lot where no one is parked on Saturdays, (Spa Nails & Supply is closed then) and in minutes flat have your car on their lift whereupon the driver extorts $62.50 from the store client under threat of impounding the vehicle. It seems they are all engaged in a predatory business scam. Shame on them - can they not make a living in some other way ?? read more

My fiancé just left Lily's with her wedding gown, so now I can comment. Once she made the purchase, the customer service she received during the entire fitting process was terrible. Every time she would enter the store, they were cold and unfriendly. First, they called & told her that her dress had arrived. When she drove across town for her fitting, they realized that her dress hadn't arrived. They barely apologized - definitely didn't seem to care. Then, when she had her final fitting, they were again cold and unfriendly. When she asked for help to carry the dress to her car, they told her "sorry, we don't do that". I was furious when I heard that... after spending several $1,000's on a dress, they couldn't help her load it into her car?? This place is overpriced and has horrible customer service. This was my worst experience when shopping for wedding dresses by far. First off myself and 3 family members walked into the "regular" store, greeted by 2 women sitting at the front. I let them know I had an appointment and they rudely stated that it wasn't there were dresses started at 1000 uo to 4000... it was at the outlet. At this point I was already turned off, but we proceeded to the outlet. When getting to the outlet, there was a limited selection of dresses and when I told the consultant what style I liked it was completely disregarded. I was very hopeful about this boutique since I read pretty good reviews. However, even my experience was not terrible, it was not memorable. Visited without an appointment (my bad!) and once I entered, noticed that the boutique is organized, seemed clean and well organized. However, even though I'm not prone to environmental allergies, this store had a scent of humidity that gave me allergies immediately after entering through the door. Also, staff was not rude, but upon learning that I have "a budget" and my wedding is less than two months away, the seemed uninterested in helping me or even guiding me through the store and pointed me to the clearance racks without trying to help me on my wedding dress hunt. I understand that I had not scheduled an appointment (even though they never mentioned or asked if I had), so I guess I somewhat understand them not having time to guide me through the store, however, was very disappointed to see that they loss total interest in me as a customer after I disclosed my budget. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. All the bridesmaids were in town to pick up our dresses, but none of them fit! When we told the main woman at the front her recommendation to us was to lose some weight in the upcoming months. How horrifying as one of the bridesmaids is recovering from an eating disorder. What an amazing experience. My sister was looking for her wedding dress but not anymore! The selection is vast and the knowledge of our assistant Daisy was impressive. I found the dress of my dreams at a different boutique (which was quite lovely) but opted to have my alterations done here due to convenience. I had shopped at at least 6 bridal shops, including Lily's (not that memorable), so I had certain expectations from those experiences. Lily's customer service level varied on each visit, ranging from below average to so-so. For a bride, the less stress the better, but they only added to it. The employees acted nonchalantly towards any concerns and often I found myself standing in the front without anyone offering assistance. One moment of frustration among others - they gave me an appointment time over the phone but when I called to verify the day before, I was told they had it written down for a different time and therefore had to reschedule for the next week since I could not make that one. The alterations started off like the seamstress knew what she was doing, but by the 2nd and 3rd fitting, I had a knot in my stomach. I was pretty terrified of how my dress was turning out for a seemingly simple alteration. She was ready to let the dress go out the door after the 3rd visit when I had to point out several issues due to unevenness. By the 4th fitting it was "fixed", still uneven but less noticeable (all she did was cut the tulle with a pair of scissors to shorten the hem). She will disappear on you after your fitting without regard to any concerns or questions. I regret not taking it to the original boutique where I had found my dress... (they schedule only one bride at a time for alterations, no other customer's allowed). Bottom-line: You might find a nice dress here, but be wary of using their alteration services. You pay in full before she begins (my sister in law said her seamstress took payment in increments with each fitting), she charges a lot for the lack of effort put in and to lack of attention to detail, and she is not there on the weekends which may make it more challenging for brides who work during the weekdays. I'm giving it 3 stars because everything turned out barely acceptable in the end...and I had a dress to wear, but save yourself the stress and try some other place until this place shapes up. read more

I was so impressed with Daisy at Lily's bridal. I had came in for an appointment right after visiting another bridal store. I shared my ideal style with Daisy and she helped me pick a few great dresses. Lily's had a great selection of high quality dresses. As I was trying on dresses, I was sharing with her that I was conflicted, because there was another dress somewhere else that I was teetering with. She asked to see the dress on my phone and immediately said "go get your dress that looks amazing on you". I was so impressed with her honesty and the fact that she was telling me to go buy the dress at another bridal gallery. It goes to show she is really in this business to make the bride happy and not to sell. I would recommend her a thousand times! Thank you Daisy, for your professionalism and kindness! read more

Started off great. Elizabeth or wedding dress consultant was excellent. She found my daughters dream dress rather quickly because she was very good at listening and understanding exactly what she was looking for. We were all set when a week ago we went in to get her finished sleeves for the dress(less then 2 weeks to wedding day) only to find out the seamstress that was altering her sleeves(no longer works there)left without bothering to finish my daughters sleeves and told her management team and Elizabeth they were done. Nobody in the store even knew my daughters sleeves were never completed until we came into pick them up. This was certainly a reason for us to be extremely upset and leave a bad review right? That's exactly what I intended on doing. But they asked me to give them a chance to make it right. Fair enough for me. Well the new manager (I am so so sorry I forgot her name)and the new seamstress Sarah literally took charge and worked their magic to to make everything perfect in less than a week. Sarah beautiful Sarah worked very hard to ensure my daughters sleeve were not only ready but perfect. They look gorgeous!!! Anyone that has Sarah work on their dress is truly lucky. Thank god Lily's found her!!! THANK YOU SARAH!! Also Karen and Julianna who were working at front desk were both very compassionate and friendly and took a genuine interest in our wedding day asking questions and spending time with us. I already bought my dress for my daughters wedding. It wound up buying a different one thanks to Juliana and her compassion and attention to my situation. Companies make mistakes and that's understandable to me. It's how and if they go about making sure they correct the issue that will show whether they care about their customers or not and Lily's Bridal succeeded with that and then some!! Customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking, esp when you're a bride-to-be and looking forward to this very special time. I picked dresses I wanted to try on and the girl put them in the dressing room and told me to open the door if I needed help getting them zipped, etc. and walked out. Ok.... Been to other bridal shoppes and have never not been assisted into the gowns by the staff. Otherwise, good selection of dresses that are reasonably priced. Small shop, parking around back difficult to find. read more
