This was the first place I tried on wedding gowns and said yes to the dress on the same day. Before even setting up the appointment, they responded promptly to my text messages (their website indicates a number to either call or text, thank goodness!). They kindly allowed one of my guests (MOH) to bring her 1 year old+4 year old. Parking lot is spacious-- I didn't have any issues finding a spot when I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. But it was surprisingly full once I got out of my car closer to my appointment time. We were greeted by Mary, who also turned out to be my stylist for the day. We briefly sat down, answered a few questions, then Mary Godmother started working her magic. Mary was respectful and mindful of my budget, knew what and when to ask me in private (behind the fitting room curtains aka before hearing my hype crew's opinions), has the best personality, and clearly knowledgeable in what she does. I had no EXACT style in mind, but I did have a general idea and some inspos. By the 5th dress I tried on-- I was in shock by how much I immediately loved it. Tried a 6th one then back to the 1st one I really liked, but those felt meh after the 5th dress. Mary asked the right questions with each dress I tried on, actually listened, and ultimately guided me to the perfect dress that left me speechless first then giddy right after. THE dress felt sooo ME and absolutely made me feel like a BRIDE. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Mary! This just happened 5 days ago, so I'll have to post an update on how the rest of my experience goes moving forward and when I get the dress. So far, I am over the moon. FYIs: -When you click "Book an Appointment" on their website, it says "Our wedding gown price point is $1,500-$9,000", but in the store I was told prices start at $1,800. -I had to sign a contract that "All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions." before giving a payment for the dress. I'm not sure if the ~immediate~ 'final sale' is a standard as this is the only bridal shop I have been to, but I did not expect that to be the case on a non-discounted gown. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought my wedding dress here back in July and 3 months later my dress started turning yellow even though it was kept in the bag they gave me and in a cool dry closet. I tried calling them twice, the first time they told me to get it dry cleaned. So I called around and the cleaners told me that it most likely would never go back to its original shape. The second time I called to see if they could give me a better solution and they just said that this just happens sometimes and they were not going to take it back and not give me any refund. Mind you I STILL DIDNT HAVE MY WEDDING!!! Please save yourself the heartbreak and the stress and DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I was able to find another dress at a dress boutique in Tampa with much better service. I explained to them what my situation was and even they said that it was unheard of for a dress to turn yellow only a few months after purchase. It feels like they are scamming people. Yram absolutely MADE this experience for me. I've always dreamed of trying on wedding gowns- he alone made me feel like complete royalty. I found the dress I thought I absolutely wanted and, to my surprise, it just didn't feel right. I swore up and down I didn't want a form fitting dress bc I didn't want my curves to be the focal point. Yram suggested I just try some mermaid-fitted dresses just for the hell of it. Yram never pushed or tried to give me an aggressive sales pitch. He braided and pinned my hair, gave me countless dress options and helped me in and out of dresses at my request. He also happened to be the person who found THE dress for me! One of my absolute fondest memories was trying on dresses at Bridal Gallery. I wanted to get my bridal gown altered here as two of my friends raved about their good experience. I inquired in October about my March 2026 wedding and I was instructed to wait until January to come in for alterations. I tried to make an appointment today and was told I couldn't get one until March and would need to pay a rush fee. I explained how I had reached out previously and was told to wait until January, but they did not care and continued to say they wouldn't accommodate. Pretty horrible customer service. Huge store with comfortable seating for your guests. Nic was very sweet to work with! We only wished they had a more diverse choice of gowns. Lots of see through low cut tight fitting corset gowns if that is the desired style, but not as many traditional and long sleeved options. Very nice store though! I'll start by sharing that I ultimately didn't find my dress here but it was one of the shops I visited and it was a good experience. Bethany was friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a dress. The space was bright, clean, and well spaced out for each client to have their own space with guests. The price point here is a little on the higher side but they had a sale going on when I visited and there were options available below $2k. They have a decent space for parking and it was very easy to find. Also, if you prefer texting, you can just message them and they'll get back to you within working hours which is a nice option to have. I had an alterations nightmare on my original dress from taking it to an independent seamstress I thought I trusted. It was bad. I was panicked and had to start from scratch looking for another dress six weeks before my wedding. Yrum was my consultant and it was an absolute joy working with him. From the moment I walked in, they were ready to help and had so many options to pick from. I felt instant relief. I felt like Yrum waved a magic wand because he found my PERFECT dress. He listened to what I liked and what I didn't feel was for me in dress options and helped me think outside the box to find a dress that was exactly what I had been dreaming about. Engagement means dress shopping!! First things first we did make a reservation!! Our day was stress free with the help of Yram! I found the dress of my dreams and I couldn't be happier!! When I arrived Yram had already selected some dresses for me to try on. He told me to browse with my bestie and see if we saw anything else we might like.. Once we selected our choices we were off to the fitting room!! Yram was there every step of the way helping and organizing the likes and dislikes!! We had a blast and my daughters really enjoy the experience as well. This location has two stories, fitting rooms downstairs and alterations upstairs. Very clean and classy! I said YES to the dress!! I had originally found my dress at another shop out of town. I searched the designer's website and found that the Bridal Gallery had the gown in their shop. I had clicked "Make an Appointment" on the Morilee website but it linked out to the wrong bridal shop in Orlando. After some phone conversations and lots of confusion - I figured out what happened. The Morilee website booked me for an appointment at Bridal Gown Studio Orlando (they don't even have the dress I wanted! Yikes!). I was able to come in on Saturday morning for an appointment with Yram. He was very sweet and took the time out of his day to allow me to try on several other dresses.. just to be SURE I had picked the ONE. Yram had pulled several other dresses that fit my style for me to try on. He was so sweet and made the process so smooth! Yram measured me for my dress and gave me some tips on how to save on alterations. (A nice plus!) The shop is absolutely stunning! Viewing it from the outside - I did not except it to be so large. They have several dress options to choose from - about 10 racks full. They also have several bridesmaid dresses too! Yram helped us during my appointment and he was incredibly helpful, kind, fun, etc. I ended up liking his selections the best and eventually chose one of the gowns he picked for me!!! Bridal Gallery of Orlando made my wedding dress shopping experience!!! I called them asking if there was any possible way to get a loaner gown of a dress they didn't carry but they did carry the designer. Scout was the nicer person on the phone and went above and beyond to organize for the loaner dress to come in. I was really excited to try on this one gown but instead was blown away by the service at Bridal Gallery. It was awesome to be set up with Scout on the dress try on day! I picked some of the dresses in house to try on before trying on the loaner dress. Scout was AMAZING with being a great host to my mom and sister and making me feel wonderful in these dresses. I will say that her excitement and attention was genuine and made the experience! The store was clean and the selection of dresses were great! I loved the entire design and set up. It really makes a difference in the experience. I also loved how all the people who work at Bridal Gallery were professional and really knew how to make adjustments to the dresses to make you have a true idea of what they look like in your size. I felt more than trusting of the measurements taken and they were very thorough explaining all the who, what's and why they needed all the information. Now I am left with paying a rush fee for the store's acknowledged error- we all understand things happen, however, feel it really should have been handled in a much better manner. Last week, I had a horrible experience at Bridal Gallery. When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, expecting to meet with Evelyn, I was told it was her day off, which no one relayed to me when I rescheduled. I really was looking forward to working with her, as she seemed very nice over the phone and was extremely helpful. Upon my arrival, I was barely greeted but was instructed to wait, as someone would be right with me. Incidentally, several days prior, I emailed a list of dresses to try on, which I relayed to the woman who approached me (never introduced herself but indicated that she was the seamstress). She saw the email but expected me to physically look through a rack of dresses in spite my having spent an enormous amount of time already looking online to compile the list previously emailed. I provided her a hard copy of the list, which she reluctantly took to retrieve the dresses. It was my first time there, so instead of setting me up in a dressing room, she handed me a bunch of dresses and pointed to the dressing rooms, while another party was outside the dressing room, getting the assistance, I had anticipated as a prospective customer, to no avail. The staff was not attentive to my needs (besides yelling my name across the room periodically, asking me how I was doing)... no one was available to zip me up, I was given the wrong sizes... the customer service, or a lack thereof, was absolutely horrible and a complete waste of my time, which resulted in my getting dressed and leaving after I expressed my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, I changed my schedule, maneuvered through I-4 traffic from Altamonte Springs to Orlando for this?? I left very disappointed to say the least. The response to my complaint was even more pathetic than the customer service... "We're very sorry you feel that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We always strive to provide the best service possible to our clients. We wish you the best in your dress search." read more

My initial visit was great, I tried on multiple beautiful dresses. I decided on one and while the paper work was being filled out the consultant was trying to figure out sizing. The dress I tried on fit me like a glove, only needing to be hemmed and straps taken in. She said it was a 10 so that's what we ordered. When my dress arrived my first assumption was that I was given the wrong dress. The dress was atleast an entire size too big, but the tag said 10. It felt like I was wearing a bag. My thought is that the dress I tried on was an 8 not a 10 and that the consultant was wrong, but it was the dress I was stuck with. I ended up paying $900 to get the dress altered to fit. The seamstress (I went elsewhere) took about an inch off each side of the dress from my chest all the way down to my thighs. Another issue I had was that I had ordered extra buttons to be added to the back of my dress, my consultant said I needed about 21. When my dress arrived the buttons did not, so I had to wait another six weeks for them to arrive. When they did the seamstress (at bridal gallery) said I needed another 20+ buttons. So I now had to wait for those to arrive. I left my dress there so they could be attached as soon as possible. When I picked up my dress I counted the buttons and realized not all were put on. I had to pay for each one when ordered so I wanted the extra in case any fell off, or if I wanted to add a few more. It took 3 attempts to get my buttons, before I just gave up. The first attempt I was given a bag of RANDOM buttons, no two matched each other or my dress. The second were mostly matching but not mine. Same things with the third, all matching, none matching my dress. I don't understand why my left over buttons that I paid for were not left with my dress to be returned to me in the first place. The entire experience ended up costing me way more money. Between the dress sizes not being accurate to the try on floor dress, or the consultant being incorrect about the size, to being given the wrong information and paying more for buttons, to having to get my dress heavily altered to fit. I chose my dress over another because of how great it fit, and no I had not lost any weight, I had actually gained a few. read more

I don't generally write reviews on Yelp, but after my wonderful experience at Bridal Gallery I really felt that I should. I came in on a Monday afternoon with my mom and best friend. I had never been bridal shopping before, and I was honestly very unsure about what I wanted. Larai was super amazing and sweet! She made me feel very comfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable. She was never pushy, and was very mindful of the budget that I had set at the beginning of our appointment. In the end, I was stuck between two dresses and she had me try both of them on. One of the dresses really spoke to me, but I wasn't fond of the back. She recommended lowering the back and creating a v-cut to make it less matronly and folded it in so I could see how it would look. It was just what the dress needed for me to say yes! She called the manufacturer for me to get a quote on the alteration and we moved forward with the purchase. I would have never thought to do that myself and I really appreciated her honest feedback. The boutique itself had a lot of selections to choose from and was very clean and well put-together. They had dresses in a large number of price ranges, and carried some designers that I haven't seen anywhere else. I admit I don't know the first thing about how much a tux for a wedding should cost, but $200 seems rather steep when you can get a decent suit for that much at Macy's, plus you keep the suit. Our tuxes were available 2 days before the event so adjustments were last minute. And we had to return them equally quickly. My suit fit well, but two of the other groomsmen weren't so well off. The staff was very nice and courteous w me when I was there. All in all, if I was to have a wedding.. I'd just have the groomsmen buy a specific suit somewhere that they could use again after the wedding. It would be a better deal. And again, I don't know what tuxes usually cost so maybe their prices are competitive... it's just surprising to me. read more

They promised me so much stuff which came with such a high price that I wasn't expecting. They added sleeves. After paying $2,000 in alternations, other than the price of the dress, the dress looked nothing like they promised. After the wedding I looked at my sleeve and realized the sleeve was cut from the bottom to the top. I was shocked and wondered how did I fall for this place. The Bridal Gallery off Maguire Avenue had such a broad variety of dresses and thousands of them! Starting baseline price of $1300-$1900. Evelyn was OUTSTANDING. Made me feel comfortable and beautiful the entire time, started me out with the 5 classic designs of bridal wear and then helped me pick ones that best complimented my body. A phenomenal experience. My only complaint is that they don't greet you with complimentary champagne as most higher end Bridal Boutiques do, but they were okay with us bringing our own as long as we kept it away from the dresses, of course. And another this is it took me 3 times calling, and stopping by once in store to have them send out the invoices for the Bridesmaid dresses. It forced us to choose a different vendor for the bridesmaid dresses as it took far too long for something the Gallery should have been on top of for sales reasons. Yram was the lovely gentleman who helped me find the perfect dress for me. I actually went to other wedding dress boutiques in Charleston, SC where I got married and didn't find as much of a variety as Bridal Gallery offered. From the beginning of my stylist meeting with Yram I felt so comfortable and had so much fun. I tried on a few dresses and got great advice from Yram. The best part was when he pulled out dresses for me that I would have never picked out on my own. I love sleek, fitted, mermaid dresses, but enjoyed it so much when he had me put on a poofy cinderella dress =] He said "when are you ever going to have the chance again to try one of these on?!" and he was so right, I actually loved one of them, but ended up deciding on a different one that he chose for me. I also loved that they were open to helping me make big time alterations, like adding pretty straps, and taking down the back of my dress a bunch, so I could have the open back that I wanted. I also used them to help clean and preserve my dress and veil and they were so helpful. PS-the prices were on point for everything! I did not have the pleasure of having him assist me, though my consultant hit the nail on the head in picking out the exact dress for me (after a few failed dresses I selected). What I love about that very statement is that there is a level of consistent bridal consultant mastery. These bridal wear consultants know bridal fashion and what works for everyone. I'd be shocked if someone left without finding their dress. I truly felt like princess Kate in my own special way as my dress and veil were simply ME. Speaking to the designer of my dress, MORI LEE GARNDER, I loved seeing it fit snug to my slimmed down (still curvy!) body. Even if I hadn't lost the weight, I would have felt like a princess with my dress. The owner Elle, assists with your final fitting to ensure any alterations were done correctly and that the final touches are all there. All of the staff made me feel so special. Elle even made sure my dress was steamed the morning of picking it up. I'll be dropping my dress and veil off to be sent off for preservation. My heart hurts that I'm done wearing my beautiful (designed for ME) dress. TIP: if you live in southwest Orlando, they have a NEW LOCATION in Dr. Phillips by the new Ulta and where Home Goods/WOB is located Hands down the most amazingly perfect wedding we could have imagined and having the right team of vendors just added to our most special day. read more
