This is literally a warehouse full of any & everything for a wedding. A brides dream: everything all in 1 place! Literally. Invitations, dresses, shoes & Accessories, limo rentals, catering, floral, centerpieces, alterations, photography/videography etc.
They have a tiny bridal gown section but I liked they styles they did have. Their are 2 price's on the dress, a purchase price and a rental price, they rent! The rental price is not much cheaper than the purchase price. I like their rental idea because the price includes alterations, & accessories. i found THE gown here, actually. My first experience was pretty pleasant, the lady was nice but tried to push all the things they offered on me & it was sort of a "try it on yourself & ask if you have any questions" type place. They dont offer you a slip and/or bra to try on the bridal gowns. They had the dress I was looking for & I liked the rental idea. I didnt know it was THE one until after I left & had shopped around a little more.
Today, I go back to get the dress. Much different experience today. No one greeted me & although 3 employees were working & not busy, I had to go ask for help. I asked the WRONG person (apparently). I explained I was in last week & decided the dress I had tried on was the one & I wanted to get it. She looked at me as though no one has ever said they wanted to buy anything from their store before & with an attitude she says " excuse me?" I told her I wanted to get a dress from there & I wanted to try it on again to make sure. This was her exact response, "Excuse me, but we don't just let ANYONE waltz in our store & try on wedding dresses as they please, Im afraid Im not going to be able to let you try on a dress again" I forget what I said at this point but then she said she couldn't take the chance at getting the dress dirty. WHAT is that supposed to mean? IM BUYING THE DRESS, why would it matter if I got it dirty!? I didnt say that, I stared at her for a good 15 seconds like she was joking & I was waiting for her to say just kidding. But she didnt & I stormed out & slammed the door. Although I lost my dream dress, I will never ever give that business my money. read more
