After learning she'd still charge me 50% of the full service fee if I left, I told her getting close to what I wanted was fine, just to avoid losing my time and money. That's when she started dyeing my hair. To my surprise, when it came time to pay, there was an extra $75 charge for bottles of dye that she used--without my consent. She never informed me that I'd be charged $25 per bottle during the service. Feeling pressure, I ended up paying to avoid more confrontation, but I'm extremely disappointed. I won't be returning, and I plan to take this issue to court. The way they add hidden charges feels like they're ripping off customers. Stay away from this salon!
