I decided to try shopping here again. After checking it out during the tik tok drama that went on. Not going to lie still disgusted and disappointed for how I was treated by the girls that were working. I have dark hair, tattoos, I typically wear all black. My last review I had stated I was looking for a gift for a friend, considering the last time I was made so uncomfortable i had to leave abruptly. I at least got about 10 minutes of search time before asking for one of the girls opinion because this clearly isn't my style- but wanted to know kind of who they would see buy it to see if I was on the right track. For the prices you are asking with such cheaply made clothes- I just shake my head and wonder what compels you to be so disgusting supporting and probably teaching your girls to act the way they do. read more

I've shopped at Lillie's Boutique in Amarillo so many times. The service has always been attentive and kind. The selection is always new and adorable- I always find something. My husband purchased me my favorite perfume from Lillie's for my birthday and told me that he found a scent he just loved. When I went into the store to find the perfume he loved and wanted for me- the owner remembered him well. She even remembered the scent he loved. She made us feel valuable as customers. My daughter, granddaughter and I went to shop at Lillie's Boutique. The young ladies working there were extremely rude. We were the only ones in the store and not one of them talked to us and asked us if we needed a fitting room. Three different people walked in after us and they were all greeted with, "welcome in." We made our purchase and went across the street and loved the customer service there. We will never return to Lillie's boutique. Zero stars for customer service read more

Not sure about the other reviews but I went in with my wife and the service could not have been better. Everyone was super nice and the place was borderline over staffed. People were waiting around just to help us. We didn't have to wait for anything. The store is very well organized and very clean. Yes I am a man but I can recognize good service. read more

This rating is for the attitude and way one of the individuals acted while my family and I were shopping. To start--It doesn't make any sense to have the racks so close together where everyone was either bumping into each other or into the clothing. Secondly--you (lady) need to learn a few interpersonal skills. My brother (who is 6 ft 4) shouldn't just be firmly told "you can't go in there" when my sisters wanted to show us their attire they tried on. Perhaps saying something more kind would have been received a lot better than the attitude it seems you had when we were in there and when we were deciding if my siblings wanted to spend their cash in your boutique. Maybe, just maybe, you should invest in a sign that says "ladies only" or something. Especially in this day and age you can't not assume a male wouldn't want to try on clothes of this type. (My brother definitely is NOT in that category--but the fact remains the same. ) read more

I used to love this place but last time I went the owner was practically forcing me to try on things I told her not to, she insisted on always putting things in the dressing room for me, I didn't even get the chance to look at what I had. The staff was perfect though, she yelled at one of the employees for not being up front I guess to say hi to customers but I asked her for help, all I could do was say im sorry for getting her in trouble. I ALSO can't help but feel like everyone is following me constantly in the store & stared at as if everyone is going to shoplift. I think this boutique needs to think long & hard how they appear to the publics eye & the owner re-evaluate how she treats people. read more

I have been in several times and haven't received any negative behavior from any employees. They even helped my mom get me clothes I had picked out making her experience easier by getting her the items so she didn't have to search for them. The clothes are also unique and true to size. read more

Had a terrible experience with this boutique! The clothes were cute but I could not bring my self to spend money and support a business when they treat you so poorly. Rude employees who act like they are better than you and don't value your opinion. The owner ( I'm assuming) was there "helping" and she was so ignorant and rude, I don't care how cute the clothes are I will not waste my money on them.
