Full…read moredisclosure: Kaitlyn is a friend, but I would choose her to be my hairstylist even if I didn't know her personally. She has been my sister's hairstylist for some years and I have been admiring her work, so when I moved back to the Gilroy area I knew exactly who I wanted to cut my hair. I told Kaitlyn that I wanted the new style of bob that Karlie Kloss has been sporting. My hair was pretty long but I was ready to chop it off. Kaitlyn did a great job of tailoring the style to my hair type and face shape. I also appreciate that I got to take part in the hair cutting process, because she asked if I was happy with the cut as she completed it. I've been to other stylists that cut my hair, blew it out, and then asked if I like it, and at that point I was hesitant to say something because they had already styled it. My new haircut looks great and is low maintenance, which is exactly what I wanted. I wish that I cut it short years ago. I'm still getting compliments on it at the office and it's been two weeks since I got it cut.

Never got the advertised include haircut and was not given new hair wefts that would match my natural hair texture/density. Showed the damage to multiple salons and all agreed this was bad work. Plot twist: I had the hair wefts removed and another salon confirmed the hair was not priced as high as claimed when checking the hair brand site. Detailed inspections of each piece indicate it's possible that these were just scraps of hair that they had leftover versus buying me brand new packs as advertised. Hindsight is 20/20; always ask your stylist more questions when something feels off, your stylist should be willing to explain all the ins and outs in detail before you commit to something like this. I should've never proceeded when the red flags started showing up and it's never a good sign if the stylist says "I like to do whatever's easiest and less work for me." Yes, I think everyone can see that now based on these photos. Thankful for my credit card company reviewing all the evidence I provided to get my refund.
