Alex responded to our request for a repair to our refrigerator within 10 minutes and he was here within the hour. That's pretty amazing for Easter week in Naples, Florida. He assessed the repair returned hours later to make the repair. However, the problem was trickier than he originally thought so we had to come back the next morning. It took forever for the refrigerator to adjust temperature, but it finally happened and he was excellent at following up and proposing suggestions. Normal guy, looks like maybe slavic or something. He came first time to fix my fridge, I didnt really understand everything he say, his english not very good or maybe he just dont talk much, not sure. But he did everything fast and good, no extra talking. After couple months I call him again for dryer, same thing -- he came same day and fix it right away, didnt delay or nothing. Price was actually good, even cheaper then many people here in South West Florida, I was thinking it gonna be more.
