The technician apologized that this policy was not disclosed when I scheduled the appointment. This was unprofessional and felt like a bait‑and‑switch. A diagnostic visit should not turn into a hard sell on the doorstep without clear disclosure up front. I will not use Chesapeake Electric again and I would not recommend them.
