I question these personal questions beyond business, Elizabeth M. ( probably an accounting clerk) replied in the worst condescending manner, impolite, rude , instead of been helpful and interested . I do not recommend this company there are plenty of other great marble showrooms in the area, which are looking forward to earn new clients . It took days back and forty, I decided to stop wasting time, truly not worth it, found the same slabs someplace else, at a better price with much better service. I wasted a few minutes as a business owner , as I know how much bad employees can hurt a company .

Where Deco 27 garnered such a low rating was from their customer service. I had the unfortunate opportunity to work with one employee there. I knew what I wanted and this individual had very little knowledge of the products in his store. Finally, when we were able to get some items (i.e. interior doors) on paper, I was told I would receive the quote within the next day. One day, two days, three days went by before I had to call Deco27. In speaking with my rep, he did not even remember me. I requested the quote and was again told it would be sent the following day. The following "week" I finally received the quote. It was not even the products that I requested. Again, more follow up from my part to get the correct quote. Once I received the correct items, the agreed costs were off. When I called again and questioned the rep, he said he would correct. A few days later, the rep sent me an updated quote. This time...greatly increased costs, even moreso than previous. This is not the way you do business. After wasting countless hours, time and effort trying to purchase products, I had to walk away. If you are a savvy shopper, I highly recommend visiting their store to get design ideas and obtain the brand names of the products you are interested in. Then do the actually shopping elsewhere. I did and found that I saved a considerable amount of money going this route instead of making my actual purchases there.
