Luckily for me, Emily answered the phone to take the order and was just as kind and relaxed as she could be. She assured me that the flowers could be delivered same day, on Grandma's Race weekend! She asked my budget, and any specific floral choices I might want, and she put me as ease, first by assuring me delivery wouldn't be a problem, by accommodating my budget and by helping me make what turned out to be a stunner of a bouquet. The recipient gushed about how beautiful it was, and while a photo can't do justice, you can see how fully bloomed the peony and sunflower are! I would do business with Flora North (5831 Grand Ave, Duluth, MN 55807) time and again, if the opportunity arises. THANK YOU for your kindness, patience, and for a beautifully designed bouquet.

We spent an hour there while enjoying talking to the owners and sampling many of their products. They were also serving free champagne today which was SOOOO good! The owners have an amazing story of their life in Hawaii and how this business was started. I ended up with a lotion, bath product and lip scrub. Later that evening I tried them all and I am 100% impressed. My gf also came home with goodies that she loves. No more having to drive to Bath and Body in the Mall. I will definitely be shopping here. It will become my go to place for gifts for my friends/sisters. Any chance I get I love to support local businesses. If you do too you must check this place out. It's a beautiful store inside and out. Worth every penny spent. I am SO glad we went in and didn't pass it up. Sharon

My daughter wanted to buy a TY stuffed dragon. She had a limited amount of money and she made the decision to buy the one we thought was $9.99. Got up to the register and the woman rang it up at $6.99. I exclaimed to my daughter, "NICE! It's cheaper than we thought." The woman took my card and then said, "wait that one is $9.99." I said oh that's fine that's what we were expecting. She went on to adjust the order and said "yeah the ones with sequence are 9.99 and the regular ones are 6.99... but you knew that." I was shocked! Was she accusing me of trying to get one over on her? I told her I "assumed we misread the price or there was a sale." I am not the one who told her the price, she's the worker she should know how to ring up merchandise correctly! She said "that's fine for you but doesn't work well at the end of the day." She treated me like I was trying to steal $3! Like I switched the tags or demanded a lower price. SHE rang up the order! I said it was cheaper than what I expected and was fine with her changing the price. She still was itchy. We won't be going back and hope you don't either.
