This is a small town business with high prices and low service. Don't do it.

You should also know that they are delinquent filing their Annual Report with the Kansas Secretary of State and do not appear to currently be a legit operation. They appear to be trying to hide their past by changing their website address and phone numbers. They used to have a toll free number and now they just use the owner's (Pat Park) cellphone number. I should know because I have been calling it for weeks and he is screening my calls and won't call me back. Now the short version of our story. I told Pat when I inquired about the system that we would be selling our house in the near future and would need to be able to transfer the system to the new owner. He assured me that would be no problem. We sold our house and it was in the real estate contract that the owner was to take over the system and monitoring. Long story short, Safe Home Security, the monitoring company that Pat Park (Iview Security) set us up with expects us to pay off the remainder of the contract and pay for the equipment that is sitting in my previous house. Initially Pat was helpful and was trying to work with Safe Home Security to resolve this issue. He even responded in an email that he was expecting a credit on our account. We have not heard back since and Pat does not answer calls from me and does not return my messages. He also does not respond to emails. He is obviously hoping we will go away. We won't. We have not gone public with this issue until now as we were hoping it would be resolved. Pat has not followed through and won't return calls so we are moving forward and warning all of our Topeka, KS friends and the public to avoid this so called "security company." Note these guys are just the salespeople for Safe Home Security. Safe Home has their own problems with the Attorney General in their home state. Expect to have a difficult time trying to non-renew at the end of your contract with them. They seem to have problems losing cancellation letters from customers. Good luck with whomever you choose for your security system. I highly recommend not signing any contracts with anybody. Go month to month instead.

I wouldn't recommend this 3rd party for Directv installation. I had a very bad experience with one…read moreof the installers. He wired the satellite wrong, completely breaking off an access box on the house. The installer didn't take time to place the wiring and receivers in a orderly fashion. I called the owner Adrian Goodlow about my bad experience. Adrian told me that he would mail me a check to cover my first months Directv bill, for all the trouble as well as come by a double check the installation. I don't know that Adrian showed up to double check the installation or not? As of this date it's been 2 weeks from when Adrian said that he was mailing out the first months check. Haven't received it yet? No return phone calls, and is difficult to get a hold of, to follow up. I called Directv and let them know about the experience, and they sent a tech out, the same week the original install was done. The Directv tech fixed all the problems at no extra charge. So if your thinking about getting Directv, I would advise you to go through Directv itself.

I was told that if I paid $40/mo. monitoring fee, I could have a one year contract. The guy who got the existing alarm working had me sign a contract which had pre-printed on the back, a 3 year term. Having to cancel the contract after 4 months due to selling the home, cost us a $732.41 cancellation fee. The remaining 8 months @ $40/mo. = $320. remaining balance. Since, I have no proof of a verbal agreement, I get to pay double. So, beware and know what you are getting yourself into!
