We started this house buying nightmare in the beginning of March with Anthony. We had been told to download the app and "your info will be updated in that", well here it is two months later, loan is in underwriting and that app is still not updated. We've had to make ALL the phone calls to find out any information regarding all aspects of our loan. Our closing, which has been now pushed back three times, is STILL NO CLOSER to an end. We have paid for services that NEVER transpired. They have tried to push us into a higher cost loan type, I'm not talking about interest rates either, BUT the loan it's self and then when we refused it's been quite apparent that the only people they have put on our contract are incompetent, pocket lining, non-personable "experts" that could care less about their customer's needs. We have waited for days now to hear back from someone in a "higher-up management position, I heard his name was Robert and Vance" to file a complaint. Many of the people that WE were supposed to contact to get things accomplished like the survey. Again we had to call never once an answer or would they pick up the phone plus we had to pay for out of pocket which we had an initial quote in our contract and then the price jumped to double the quoted price. Here it is now second week in May, now after Approved has had the appraisal for a month we are now being told the house is not financeable. So unless we go with a rehab loan which means that we would have to finance more money they will not help us. Not sure what they have done for us but have us spend money to do this and to do that. So we are probably not going to get this house and also we are out a heap of money jumping through hoops. We have asked on many occasions how much we were approved for and the answer has been "don't worry about it, we will figure this out when we figure out what loan product to put you in". Avoid using this company at all costs they if they actually get you financed they will have you do all the work and reap the rewards......Just think, all of this could of been avoided, but we were talked out of paying cash for the home of our dreams because Anthony wanted to "save us time from working on it" and now due to the current state of the world (Covid-19) that option is not available.

Kelly was able to get us in to look at houses even though she was on vacation. This shows her dedication to her clients. We found out three days later the buyers backed out and had to stop looking and drive all the way back home. In frustration with our PA realtor we asked Kelly for feedback on to improve selling the house. She shared tangible feedback and we were able to apply. We got another contract on our PA home. Kelly immediately jumped in and started house hunting again. We weren't going to drive 12 hours back to Florida, she jumped in and started face timing or recording the houses for us. After our 6th time of putting an offer on a house, we finally got an accept!!! Then we had hit a snag with the buyer of our PA home but Kelly was positive and shared it will work out and it did! She was in constant contact while we sorted out the situation. She made sure while the PA buyer sorted out the issue, she was in contact with us, our PA realtor and the mortgage lender for them. She was always asking probing questions to ensure this got pushed through in a timely manner. We moved in yesterday to our new beautiful Florida forever home. We are in a great neighborhood and Kelly was fantastic on timing and what needs to be done at specific timelines. She even helped us find a mortgage company and insurance. She is resourceful, positive, hard working, and of all patient! She is definitely top notch and highly recommend!!
