When we checked in, we immediately smelled stale heavy smoke. A complete deal breaker for this family of non-smokers! The condo was listed as non-smoking but clearly had been smoked in A LOT. After contacting the owner, we were fully refunded, but had nowhere to go. With a car full of groceries just purchased on the way in town, we reached out to Coastal Realty with a desperate cry for help. Patty's soothing, kind, and professional voice told us to come to her office, and she would find us a place to stay. She let us go visit a couple of places that were good options but not exactly what we were looking for. But she didn't stop there. She made a call to another C.
