Together we went through some difficult times of real estate crash and some good times of growth and recovery. Every step of the way Alina and her team have been extremely helpful, honest, and responsive. In the last 30 days Alina sold two of my houses in Palm Coast FL, both for more money than I expected! It is something that I believe only Alina could do, especially in a tough market as it is right now in Florida. I highly recommend working with Alina on any front whether you are buying, selling, or just need somebody to manage your rental property.

The worst experience of my life. I rented from these people for 4 years. They never fixed the…read morerepairs noted in the inspections every six months, about the ac. Took pictures of the mold behind the handler upon moving in . ( I believe they knew the condition of this place ) Kept paying rent as nothing was ever addressed, I had no idea that our lives ( mine and my dogs) would change drastically!) Every year the rent increased and the ac was never addressed . My dog got horribly ill with pneumonia and I was sick constantly until it got so bad with me I had the air quality tested. The house had so many issues. Mold ,water damaged cabinets . It was like pulling teeth for them to acknowledge or listen to me about the severity of it. They cleaned the ducts and then it got so much worse !! Not done by professionals. (No one that works for them is professional) We were living in the porch , eyes and throat burning, absolutely horrible. I had to stay with different people the last month. Meanwhile I had tried to get out my lease 6 months earlier . They messed that up too. I had never been late on a payment and paid over 50,000 in rent!!! They never returned my full deposit because they said I had unpaid rent !!!! I physically couldn't stay there . Right now a month later after throwing out all our belongings , living with different families and being treated for CIRS, still sick I can only hope they reap what they sow. The neighbors said they replaced the roof but if no repairs were done inside. as stated in the report, the attic, kitchen wall behind the ac, water damaged cabinets with aspergillus weren't addressed another family will suffer . They do not care at all. I will post pics from the report very soon !RESPONSE.. I am also editing this review in her response. They had guys clean the ac coils using bleach ! He told me you may not be able to stay here a couple days . I could not believe we left for 3 days and came back and that's when it got unbearable !! We slept in the porch and garage with a big fan. We could not stay there any longer. The last month they didn't refund !!! . I was the one that hired the mold test guy they said they would not pay for it. Then they purchased the report from him. You are never supposed to clean coils or ducts with bleach . It's common sense and I've done lots of research They had 7 days to remediate and they didn't .Just look at their reviews please.

I recently had the good fortune to become acquainted with Matthew McLean of Shoreline Realty in…read moreDaytona Beach after observing his excellent service involving the sale of a neighbor's beachside Daytona Beach home. When I decided to put my own house on the market a few months ago, I remembered Shoreline Realty from the name on the side of Matthew's pick-up truck, looked him up, and reached out. We met at my home soon after to get acquainted, have Matthew get a look at the house, and voice our thoughts on appropriate updates/repairs, the asking price, for getting it on the market, etc. With Matthew's guidance and assistance in facilitating preparations, the house was listed on April 20th, had six showings, and had two solid offers within a week. In the interim, I've come to know Matthew as a high-energy person of integrity, with a wealth of local knowledge and resources who grew up in the area and is finely tuned to the local real estate markets. He's reliable, intelligent yet relatable, driven yet chill, and knows how to market properties to the best advantage for both buyers and sellers. His appreciation and knowledge of older homes such as mine, as well as his knowledge of how houses of all eras are put together (and his sense of humor), is a bonus. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Volusia County who's willing to put in the work and go the extra mile, I enthusiastically recommend Matthew McLean of Shoreline Realty.

One night, Steve called us and the LAST thing my wife wanted to do was go look at houses--it was raining, our boys were tired & we hadn't eaten yet. Steve insisted and even told us he'd wait for us to go grab dinner first. When we drove up, his first words were, "You're either going to love it or hate it, but I started the paperwork." We walked in and were very impressed, but he watched our faces as we entered the open-plan kitchen and living room. It was everything we'd asked for. It was perfect. Steve called the owner, we made an offer on the spot and it was accepted immediately. A few weeks later, we were in our dream home.
