Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I hope that this fix lasts a long time, or at least until we upgrade to a newer, more environmentally friendly unit.

Qmerit assigned me new contractor due to Seahurst not responding to the status of this project. The new contractor gave me a quote for my installation in one day. And so, I worked with them to decide on purchasing my own portable "tri-fuel" generator from COSTCO. And then Switch Electric came and, in one day, installed the appropriate connections to our natural gas line and electrical breaker box.
