Will, the owner, was very helpful in pointing out local fishing spots AND checking our tackle box to make sure we had the gear we needed for the local fish. He was knowledgeable about Texas fishing regs. He also runs fishing clinics. We will definitely stop by again for gear and to learn!

The answering service was obviously out of date because it said they were out and would be back on a date in January. This is June. I drove to the shop and got there right after opening with my 4 shimano reels in hand. I was immediately greeted with " you can bring them back tomorrow". He said Im not taking any reels today I put it on my message. I explained i drove a long way and I called before coming. He checked his message which is obviously different during business hours. I asked if I could just leave them and was refused. If this is the way he treats customers I will not do business with them regardless of whether they are good or not. Maybe if they lose enough business they will learn to be more thoughtful to customers in the future.
