Will, the owner, was very helpful in pointing out local fishing spots AND checking our tackle box to make sure we had the gear we needed for the local fish. I drove to the shop and got there right after opening with my 4 shimano reels in hand. I was immediately greeted with " you can bring them back tomorrow". He said Im not taking any reels today I put it on my message. I explained i drove a long way and I called before coming. He checked his message which is obviously different during business hours. I asked if I could just leave them and was refused. If this is the way he treats customers I will not do business with them regardless of whether they are good or not.
