The dimly lit room had such a nice, calming vibe with the music playing. It was explained that we'd do the massage first, and then when I flipped over, we'd do the facial and finish the rest of the massage. The cupping was intense, but to be fair, it was my first time. The facial was so relaxing and soothing. And the massage was hands down one of the best I've had. I definitely plan to return and continue coming here.

She was very respectful and offered some generic skin care recommendations that I will be looking into. I came out so relaxed and everyone who worked there was fantastic. The vibes are very nice and it feels like care is taken to give guests a good experience. Unrelated to the services or folks at the front desk--I found it a bit frustrating that, during both times I've visited, other guests were taking phone calls in the relaxation room. I don't find it very relaxing to listen to a stranger speaking loudly on the phone, especially when there are signs requesting to silence your phone.

Also, I got my hair done by Kylie recently and she did such an amazing job. I've had so many subpar haircuts recently at other places, I am so happy I found her. I took my daughter to her this past weekend as well. It's just a nice experience. We get our hair done then have lunch or get an iced coffee at the bistro. I got a massage yesterday as a treat to myself. It was just a relaxing experience. It's so beautiful there and tranquil. The ONLY thing I wish was different is that they allow use of the steam room and hot tub to ANYONE getting a service there. I had my hair done and I was hoping to get in the steam room before my hair appointment. Even if they charged a nominal fee, I would pay the extra.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this spa. From the moment we arrived, we were…read moregiven a quick, half-hearted tour and weren't shown the upstairs or told how to use the lockers. The entire place felt severely understaffed. One of the biggest reasons we chose this spa was the salt cave, which they promote heavily, yet we were asked to leave because of a "private event." The facilities were also poorly designed. The only showers are located near the heated pool, steam room, and sauna, so you're sweating again immediately after trying to rinse off. Basic amenities were lacking. No brushes or bags were available unless you went searching, and the space lacked the little touches you'd expect from a luxury spa. While my full body massage was the only redeeming part of the visit, my friend had a not so great experience. We booked an additional $300 in foot massages in the salt cave (on top of our $200 full body treatments), only to find out that it was not going to be done by massage therapists, but nail technicians. They were very nice, but there was no real pressure or technique. It felt like a total waste of money. You should really disclose that. We also ordered a bottle of Moscato and weren't allowed to keep it at our table. We had to go find someone just to get a refill. This was a $750 visit that didn't feel luxurious in the slightest. If you're looking for a real spa experience, I highly recommend going to the Houstonian instead. This spa just didn't deliver in service, amenities, or value. ***********Update: The manager was suppose to call us but she never did. I called and spoke to Tracy and she did not understand my frustration about my massage being done by a nail tech. She said she would call me back and never did. Hopefully you never need help from a manager because they don't care!

Both women were very personable, listened to specific requests, and overall just did a fabulous job. The spas bathrobes were super comfy and they left you a chocolate in your locker which was a fun surprise. I had 30 minutes in between treatments so I was able to sit in their relaxing room and read. It was amazing. The only thing that was a little annoying (if I had to say anything) was the amount of times people came in and out of the room. Not their fault, but definitely interrupted the full "relaxation".

I loved everything about my experience here…read more I was looking for a spa that was decently priced and also offers nice amenities when i stumbled across Woodhouse. You are asked to come in 15-30 minutes before your service so you can prepare without being rushed. Upon arrival, I was greeted and a staff member brought me to the locker room so I could change into my robe and slippers. With your service you also receive a locker with your name on it and a piece chocolate inside which I thought was a nice personalized touch. I was then taken to the "quiet room" to enjoy complimentary drinks and refreshments. I loved the quiet room because it was literally so quiet that you can hear a pen drop. It is a nice escape for anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet. The service I received during this visit was the body balance massage. The massage was very relaxing and I appreciated the essential oil treatment which made the experience even more serene. After my massage I spent a little more time in the quiet room enjoying refreshments. I definitely recommend Woodhouse for solo, couples, or groups. Service was great, staff was polite and professional. I plan on going back again very soon.
