We dined on a Saturday afternoon, so business was on the slower side. At first the service was great, however after we were sat the staff seemed to neglect us. Our server was very disorganized, letting us know he'd grab something for us but go and do 4 other things like grabbing drinks/plates for others and then forgetting about us. He touched 4 other tables and chatted with customers in between dropping off the bill and grabbing the moneris machine for us...now the food was fine however portions are very small and it was very expensive. If I were in the area again I wouldn't recommend coming back.

Well I came here for brunch, and it's pretty hard to mess up eggs so I'd say it was a success. We ordered a few dishes, and the best one was by far the smoked salmon eggs benny. The hollandaise was perfect, as were the crispy home fries, and every bite I savoured. We also tried the avocado toast (quite good), cheese omelette (good but overly rich / filling for my liking) and chicken and waffles (pretty meh). Overall, it was a solid brunch spot albeit slightly pricy. I guess I'll have to come back to try out their dinner menu one day.

House-made, NEVER FROZEN. Chicken tenders coated in crunchy, golden almon crust for a nutty, falourful bite. Served with hand-cut fries tossed in buffalo sauce. To be honest the server was average. Didn't seem too interested in our 4 person party. Took prefers brought the items but didn't come back until are plates were empty. Never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. The chicken was very nice with the almond crusting.

Their patio is like a little hidden gem but we elected to sit inside. The booths inside are huge. We ordered appetizers to share as it was late on a Sunday. We had the pork tacos, shrimp dumplings and the peanut chicken satay noodle salad. We did order the potatoe skins but they ran out of that item. The shrimp dumplings are yummy. The pork tacos was good but missing a flavour (recommended a slaw to help). The best dish is the peanut chicken satay noodle salad. Crunchy, peanuty and limey. All the flavours to make the salad fresh and tasty. Overall, a good eatery to try out. Just note parking is quite limited and the dishes are pricey.

Tender, soft, juicy. Came with rapini and carrots. - Duck breast - I would have preferred if it was a bit less chewy. I did like the risotto. - Cheesecake - advertised to have pistachio sable and candied sweet potato but the flavours are quite subtle. Other than that, it's a traditional cheesecake! - Tiramisu - this was still semi frozen you know when ice cream sometimes has a kind of "crunchy" feeling because of icy pockets within the cream? That's what it felt like... Overall items were not as good as I expected other than the slow cooked short rib :(

Unfortunately, the entire experience was absolutely terrible and incredibly disappointing. Our waitress -- a blonde woman with tattoos -- was pleasant at the beginning, but after taking our drink and appetizer order, she completely forgot about us. At one point, she even came back and asked if we wanted coffee and dessert before we had even received our main course. For a long stretch of time we had no cutlery, empty drinks, and were trying to order another cocktail, but every time she came to the table beside us, she completely ignored us. Eventually, I had to ask the bus boy to help us because our server had essentially disappeared. Ironically, he provided more service than our actual waitress did, and we ended up tipping him $20 because he was the only one helping us. I eventually had to go to the host stand myself just to ask where our food was. Our waitress later admitted she was "too busy inside the restaurant" to properly serve the patio tables outside. Eventually the manager brought our food and apologized for the delay, but that was it. Our waitress never once apologized for the experience or acknowledged how poor the service had been. To make matters worse, the food itself was awful. The shrimp were rubbery, bland, and had no flavour whatsoever. What made the entire experience even more frustrating was that our bill still came to $124 for what was honestly some of the worst service we have experienced in a very long time. We genuinely felt like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by being there. We are honestly shocked at how far this place has gone downhill. We loved having a neighbourhood spot like this, but after this experience, we will never return.
