This is another one of those parks that bring back memories, where it is sitting in it with friends across the road from one of the nightclubs that no longer exists there, or whether it was sitting here for lunch because I had decided to go for a walk during my break. Look, it isn't too fancy, however there certainly is some history attached to the place. First of all it is named after to surveyor general who founder the city, and it also happens to be the location of his tomb, under a monument located in the middle of the square.
