If the car was towed it would've easily cost over $1000 to get the car out of storage. It was 12:30 am when we were notified to move car. Leo was at the location before 2 am and towed the car to my daughter's place of residence. Leo was super meticulous and communicated every step of the way from start to finish. He was quick, incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. These qualities are often missing from customer service these days. I Highly recommend Duvall's Towing.

Which is ridiculous for 3 miles but due to it being urgent she decided to have them come anyway. On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. I am not pleased at all with this company and how courtesy was not shown at all. Ladies please don't use this company As you will get take advantage of.

This towing company quoted me a really good price, kept in contact with me, let me know when they would be there and let me know when they were five minutes away. Not only that, because my car was a hybrid, you couldn't open the trunk or manually put the car in neutral. But, this wise and thoughtful man figured out how to safelyHget it on his tow truck anyways, He spent a good hour at my house safely, moving my vehicle from the garage to his flatbed tow truck. This man even stuck with his quoted price, even though this was a very difficult tow job! Thank you so much for your customer service, expertise, joyful attitude, and great price! Not only were they able to work with me and be prompt to help me, the tow truck driver was able to locate the issue, and suggest a mobile repair company (Diesel Parlor) to help me fix it. There's no doubt in my mind I would have spent exponentially more if I would have had to tow it again to a dealership. Rite Choice is professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable, and made a difficult situation stress free. Thanks for everything

We owe a debt of gratitude to Elvis Rescue Towing for their swift, professional, and compassionate service. After being stranded for more than four hours in a torrential thunderstorm awaiting a response from AAA, we happened upon Ana at Elvis Towing. She told us, We'll be there in 20 minutes, just hold tight. And they were! In no time, we were on our way. It had been a frustrating night of calling many towing services after realizing that AAA was not going to respond to our calls. We really wish we had called Elvis first. Hats off to this extraordinary family business!

Well second run in and he blew a gasket (like how us women do, especially when we think it's not a great idea to race from the beginning ). I looked up local tows and gave him the number to this company. He got to the track in decent time and was very cool, polite and personable. We sat with him and I fell asleep while him and my fiancé chatted about trucks. I woke up in Deerfield an hour later. Our truck was offloaded, a decent price paid for the long trip and a wave goodbye and off he went! ( I thought it was going to be more because of the size of the truck and distance but I was waaay wrong and way off) Definitely call this company if you're at the track and need a lift, very professional and would recommend him to anyone up in the West Palm area.

That was my first experience with then. Over the years I have utilized their services several times even when my wifes car needed a tow, rather than us the tow service provided by my insurance I called all time they were there in 45 minutes which is great for a tow company. One time we even used them to tow my wife's car 25 miles to a dealership outside of our area, I think our local dealer is a crook. All time has also towed us after our car was rear ended. We had several drivers over the years they all were experienced and very professional. They always did everything they could to make us happy and they ALWAYS succeeded t's going to be hard for me to find a new company that will meet my expectations comparing them to All Time. Once about 30 yeares s ago I had to use a different company because our truck and trailer caught on fire 70 miles from home, at the time we had good Sam traierl tow insurance, the outcome was excellent. Other than that I always used All Time, I know this this review is not going to help anyone make a decision about a tow company but I felt I owed it to all time to help them go out with another five star rating, just in case they are able to reopen in another local location Really hope they do. Could go on a lot more about how great they were for us, but I have already written way too much. Hope they reopen again out side of lake park.
