High CenterPoint Towing

I needed a shipping container moved on a property in North Palm Beach and wasn't sure which type of…read moreservice handled that kind of job. Light Divide Towing & Roadside came up in my search, and after one phone call it was clear they'd done container relocation before. They confirmed the details, gave me a time window, and showed up within it, which honestly doesn't always happen. The container was repositioned exactly where I needed it without any damage to the surrounding area. The pricing was explained upfront without any vague line items. For a job that felt complicated to coordinate, it ended up being fairly stress-free.

Safest Way Towing Assistance

A delivery left a shipping container on our land that was obstructing entrance to our workshop, so…read morewe had to move it. Although it wasn't a lengthy transfer, someone with the necessary tools and expertise was needed because improperly carrying a filled container can result in a whole different issue. In the Lake Park region, the majority of towing businesses I called either didn't handle containers or weren't sure what the task entailed. Before agreeing on a price, Safest Way Towing Assistance came out to have a look, understood right away, and asked the appropriate questions regarding ground surface and container weight. They followed through without any issues, and the quote was reasonable. The container arrived just where we needed it, and the task itself took about an hour. It's a niche job, so you don't call around for it very often, but I'm delighted I found a local who could handle it.

Pointing All Tow Truck Services were available and said upfront they had experience with utility truck towing specifically, not just passenger vehicles. The driver showed up with the right equipment and got the truck loaded without any issue. He was communicative the entire time, which helped since we needed to know where it was going and when. The rate was competitive for a commercial vehicle call. Our crew was back to managing the day without much disruption.

As soon as I walked in the door, Nick greeted me and asked about my situation. After explaining to him, he said "let me take a look". After checking it out, he pointed out the problems with the previous repair job. I asked him what price I was probably looking at and he explained that a proper repair job is probably going to be at least $2500 (just a ballpark guess since it wasn't completely inspected). He then offered to help me put the grill back in place and temporarily secured it. He said that as long as I avoided concrete parking stops and potholes, my grill should remain secured for awhile until I am able to get a proper repair. Nick was the ultimate professional. I definitely know where I will be taking my car when I'm ready.

Getting passengers off and coordinating a tow for a full-size coach at the same time is genuinely chaotic, so I needed someone who could handle the size without me having to explain everything twice. High Ground Towing Service was referred to us by another operator and they picked up immediately. They were clear about what equipment they'd send and gave me a realistic timeframe rather than an optimistic one they couldn't meet. Coach bus towing isn't priced like a regular vehicle and the quote reflected that, but it was in line with what I've paid elsewhere. The driver arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and kept things moving without adding confusion to an already complicated afternoon. For commercial vehicle work around Boynton Beach, they seem to know what they're doing.

It's not a daily driver, and the last time I used a general towing service for something similar, I ended up with a small scratch that turned into a bigger conversation than I wanted to have. Motorway Plus was recommended specifically for exotic and speciality vehicles. They used an enclosed flatbed; the driver knew the car, asked the right questions about ground clearance before loading, and was careful throughout. Pricing was on the higher end compared to a standard transport, but that's expected, and the alternative is risking a vehicle that costs significantly more to repair than the price difference. Everything arrived without issue. For anything you'd actually be upset about damaging, it's worth calling someone who treats it accordingly.
