When the noodles are so delicious, the hat is a distant memory!

Easy place to eat and enjoy some good food. Looking forward to trying the other options! For, now, the chicken broth was delicious, not too salty, and the egg noodles on point. Comin back for more!

Angry Zuko Ramen

Lifting Noodles Ramen is a ramen shop located in a food marked called We Suki Suki in East Atlanta Village, along with many other establishments. All they offer is pretty much ramen, although they have some appetizers such as Fried Pork Gyoza, Spring rolls, or Fried Brussel Sprouts. I ordered two different type of ramen: -Angry Zuko Ramen ($11): spicy creamy pork broth, pork belly, noodles, sweet corn, black mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions, pickled ginger, marinated soft-boiled egg, and roasted seaweed. - Spicy Seafood Ramen: ($13): spicy creamy pork broth, shrimp, mussels, squids, noodles, sweet corn, black mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions, sesame seeds, marinated soft-boiled egg, and roasted seaweed. The creamy pork both was so tasty, but the Spicy Seafood Ramen in particular was my favorite! This place does not have many seating available so I suggest you take it to go. Staff was friendly and the food was amazing. Give it a try!

How cute is this place It looks like a noodle shop in Japan. Service was great, fast, and so easy to order. The best part, the food!!!!!! The broth in the ramen, the chewy noodles, the marinated egg and the price Definitely a must try in east Atlanta

This is Pastor Luke from Georgia True Family Community Center. I went to Lifting Noodle Ramen. My spirit was up lifted. lol I had Miso Ramen. I am Japanese I know what is Ramen are. This is real Miso Ramen. The taste was excellent. The store has QR code menus and ordered through app. I was little embarrassed by High technology system. But I recommend.

Vegetable Broth vegetarian ramen

I went to this location in East Atlanta village looking for somewhere that wasn't too loud as I noticed most of the places in EAV on Saturday night had music blasting. We walked in here and it was very chill and had good reviews so decided to stay. We initially found it a little confusing as to how to order for dine in. We then realized that this location houses several different restaurants in one physical location. On the tables there is a print out of the different menus with QR codes. The lifting noodles counter is towards the back. I scanned the QR code and ordered online. I got the vegetarian Ramen with an egg added. The order was ready within five minutes and brought to the table. I thought it was pretty good, although I would have liked for there to be a more flavorful broth. I would have also liked for it to be a little spicier and maybe more veggies. It would have also been nice to see several different vegetarian options versus just the one vegetarian Ramen. Overall it was pretty good. I don't think I would be back but I was happy with the meal. I might come back to this location to try some of the other restaurants as it opened my eyes to some other interesting types of food

Tom Yum Seafood Ramen

The food is delicious but our soup was very spicy even we asked for a non-spicy option. We were sweating how spicy it was. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Angry zuko and the classic

I lived the service we were provided in picking out the best meal. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

Village "Classic" Ramen

What a pleasant surprise! I was craving pho and stumbled upon this hidden gym. I got the Village Classic Ramen Bowl. The pork belly was so soft and sweet. The broth was strong yet sweet. I also got a drink at the bar (Whiskey Sour) and it was 10/10. The bartender was personable and efficient. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I am in town.

This gem is hidden inside we suki suki. It is not fancy but the eats are good. Lifting noodle is located at the very end stall. The menu is good. You can even build your own. I stuck to the basic chicken and it was so flavorful. Very chill and relaxed vibe.

Chicken miso ramen

Hey if you need a good ramen spot as fall approaches, give this spot a try. It's hidden right off of the Moreland exit area. I really enjoyed my miso ramen with added chicken. It's full of flavor & tasty just the way I like it. You can never have too many ramen spots in one city. They also have fried tofu on the menu with that sweet peanut sauce. Give this place a try.

We are in Sandy Springs Georgia for a lunch sesh…read more I took some notes and here they are * Nori Fries - Perfect amount of salt. Its a superd item to pick at while waiting for the orders to arrive. Make sure you dip it in that ultra garlicky mayo. Because with the sauce its a 9.3/10 * Pork Bao Buns - Porky flavor is present. Mayo for creaminess and cucumber for a refreshing finish. 8/10 * Gyoza - Its super crunchy. Flavors are spot on. It's somewhat mid but over all not a bad gyoza. 7.5/10 * Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen - Wonderful, the noodles are perfecf, broth exceptional, the pork melts in your mouth and the jammy egg is a jammy egg. Spice is bang on as well. The whole dish is a 9.8/10 The place is super nice and tidy. The staff is amazing and I would definitely recommend.

The pork was moist the bun was soft and delicate. The pork was crisp but not overly crispy. The bun wasn't overfilled and was perfect! I ordered the Spicy Ramen w/ crispy chicken by accident!! How could I do that??? I went for their homemade dipping noodles!! Dang! Anyway, the broth was aromatic and yummy. The Ramen with the fresh garlic (Extra charge but didnt even need it) and the chili paste...was soo comfy and paired really well with the overcast, rainy weather that day. I kept wondering...how does the chicken stay so crisp?? I've dunked it with every bite and slurp!! Gotta try! As I mentioned, I did go back. For the dipping noodles, and unfortunately, did not enjoy them. They were served cold, which I had read, and was served with a warm broth. The broth wasn't "warm" enough to thoroughly warm the thick handmade dipping noodles, for my liking. I also thought the broth was overly fishy for my taste.

We decided to try Slurpin' Ramen Bar first. I had read that they originally started in California so I had a good feeling about it and I'm so glad we went! Their tonkotsu broth was probably the best I've had in the US. It was rich and full of flavor without feeling overly heavy. It was so good that we didn't want to leave any behind so we actually took the leftover broth with us for the 5-hour drive home (thankfully we had a cooler bag!). I immediately had to tell my son who's currently living in LA for college so he can visit one there too. This place is definitely going on our must-visit restaurant list from now on.

First, when you walk into the restaurant, it is very cute, has a bar for solo diners and booths incase you are in a group. The location is very cozy and the employees were great! Our server was very patient and had no problem explaining, re-explaining, and confirming with the chef if he wasn't 100% on an answer. I got a tofu rice bowl, which I typically don't get and it was delicious! I asked if the salad could be put on the side rather than in the bowl and was given a full side salad that I wound up mixing into my rice lol. I also added broccoli to the bowl, which I probably wouldn't do again because it was pretty bland, but overall the bowl was good. Now the vegan dumplings... were FANTASTIC! We shared the dumplings and everyone agreed that they were easily the best thing that we had eaten the whole day. The green color threw me off at first, but the crispiness and texture of the dumpling was amazing. I would love to go back and try the ramen to see how it measures up, but again, great experience. Also, when you are paying the check, they bring you a small bucket full of dum dum lollipops, which I thought was a great touch. Me and my adult guests all left like happy children, which is exactly how eating out should make you feel.
