Just had my first massage here, and it was wonderful! Natassia was so friendly, and asked lots of questions about how I like my massages, where I'm experiencing pain or discomfort, and my lifestyle to really tailor the massage to my needs. I was referred by a friend, so I got $20 off the 90min massage, but the regular price is $90, and honestly, that's still a steal, when most places will charge closer to $120-$140 for a 90min massage. The studio is easy to locate with convenient parking, and the space itself is very tranquil and comfortable. I will for sure be coming back, and sending my friends and family over as well! I received my first massage this morning, using the cbd oil add on. Honestly, this is the first time I have ever fallen asleep on the table for a massage. I had several chronic illnesses that mean my body just hurts all the time. I went in with a pain level of 7-8, with it being that high for two weeks. My experience with Natassia at Lifted is the best I've had in the massage industry. I came to Natassia after 2 months of non-stop travel, which had taken a toll on my muscle tension. The minute that I stepped into Lifted Massage, I felt soothed and welcomed. Natassia is so friendly, and had a warm cup of tea and some chocolates waiting upon my arrival. I was a bit nervous to have a massage in a space I had never been to before, but Natassia walked me through how my appointment would go and let me voice what it was that I needed that day. After filling out my waiver and getting on to the bed, Natassia asked me what essential oil I wanted to have during my massage, which I thought was such a nice touch (free of charge!). Natassia used the perfect amount of pressure to relieve my knots without putting me through any discomfort; I have often been to massages that are too gentle and leave you feeling the same as you were when you first arrived.
