So looking at yelp locations for barbers and salons out here and finding one that was open before 9 o'clock was difficult. Guess who found one that was open before nine?! The haircut exceeded my expectations. A sharp looking haircut at just the right length with the right amount of bulk taking out up top. What threw me off is when the stylist brought me up to the shampoo station and gave my head a wonderful shampoo massage. Couldn't be happier finding a place open who can accommodate a man's cut on short notice. Bit pricy but then again this is the first time I received a shampoo too.

Over the course of two days, I received multiple phone calls from different stylists going back and forth about whether they could work on my daughter's hair because she had used Sun-In months ago. One call would tell me they could do the service, another would say they couldn't, and then someone else would suggest a different option. There seemed to be no communication or agreement among the staff. After all the confusion, we finally agreed on a darker color that everyone was comfortable with. Then, 5 mins before the appointment--and right before my daughter was starting at a brand-new school--they cancelled without providing a reason. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first issue I've had with this salon. On previous visits, I was quoted one price when booking or during consultation, only to be charged significantly more when I got to the front desk to pay. Repeatedly being surprised with higher-than-expected bills is unacceptable and makes it difficult to trust the pricing they provide. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, last-minute cancellation, and inconsistent pricing make it impossible for me to recommend this salon. They charge premium prices, but the customer service and organization fall far below what I would expect from a high-end salon. There are plenty of salons that value their customers' time, communicate honestly, and stand behind their pricing--this is not one of them.

I got a highlight (full), Low light (full), a toner, and blow dry. My hair was a yellow color with no dimensions and damaged. She listened to all my concerns, checked my hair and was upfront and honest on what needed to be done. She was great with her timing too! No one wants to be at a salon all day!! I am amazed with my results and I'm so happy. My hair looks so much more healthier! I'm going back Friday to get a cut and blow dry! I highly recommend her!
