**Extremely Disappointed with Lifetime Towing!**
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Lifetime Towing, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. During the process, the owner (that's what he claimed to be) caused significant damage to my car while attempting to secure it to the towing bed. When I confronted him about the damage, he refused to take responsibility and outright lied claiming it was pre-existing.
Here are my main points:
1. If the damage was already there, why did he attempt to hook the tow hooks to those damaged areas without informing me?
2. If it was indeed pre-existing, it should have shown signs of rust and dirt. However, the damaged areas are fresh and clean, as evidenced by the pictures I took.
The damage to my vehicle was substantial and could have been avoided with proper care and attention. I expected a towing company to have the necessary expertise to handle my car safely, but this was clearly not the case with Lifetime Towing.
To make matters worse, after hours of waiting, he left my car stranded and ultimately denied towing it after our confrontation. When I refused to drive my car off the bed, he used his controls to jerk the car back and forth, causing even more damage.
I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. In my experience, they lack professionalism and accountability. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reputable towing company. read more
