DO NOT GO HERE. They stole my muffler and catalytic converter, which came off my car in a crash. I watched the man that towed my car pick it up and put it in the bed with my car. When they released my vehicle to me, they did not return them. They wanted a $45 fee because they "had" to use a flatbed tow truck instead of a regular, but when they brought my car back out of their lot, suddenly using the regular tow truck was fine. Not to mention, they wanted $45 for driving my car from their lot to the street. Avoid this place at all costs unless you're looking to do business with a selfish company that will scam you, and has no respect or care for the working class. They charge people like this and treat them this way because they know we have no other option, and it is disgusting. Also - do NOT sign your title over to them just to be done with it. My bill was $355, and they told me if I sign the title over to them I would only owe $100 something. They wanted me to pay to give them my car. read more

My tire blew on I-75 an hour from home at 7pm. The service provided was above and beyond what was expected. From the dispatch that took my garbled directions, to the drivers that showed up to deal with my stressed out self, everyone was friendly and very patient. My husband sold his truck to a private individual. About a month later we received a letter from the police department saying his truck was involved in an accident and he was responsible to pay for the towing and storage. Even though he sold the truck, the new owner failed to re-title it, so legally my husband still owned it. Needless to say we were extremely upset. The next morning, we called Service Towing and asked what we needed to do. Angela was very friendly and understanding and patiently explained all our options. Later we went to their yard in Warren, and again we were helped in a very professional and friendly manner by Bill. We did end up signing over the title and had the truck scrapped. This company hires racist drivers! If you're African American I wouldn't recommend at all. After failing to attempt a pretty bogus tow, the driver proceeded to tell me "Am I going to move my damn truck or do I have to tow it." After more arguing the man then decides to tell me that he has a tan and I'm stuck this color referring to being brown skinned, after more racial slurs I ask him if he thought he was my father. His reply "Well do you even know you're father?" I am a Jr. so I definitely know my father and have a great relationship that just goes to show what the people they hire think. DO NOT LET YOUR CAR COME HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CAR WHEN YOU ARE IN AN ACCIDENT AND DEMAND THEY KEEP IT OR ITS 350$! Someone rear-ended me, my car was totaled, had to go to the hospital and these guys were already at the scene, took my car and are trying to get my to pay 350$ just to get MY towing company to grab it from their lot!! Or trying to charge me 150$ to BUY my car! These people are scam artists and everyone there is rude as hell. 0 empathy. This company is so unprofessional. They tell you they will pick up your car at a certain time and they don't show up nor do they call and say they will be late. I waited 10 hours. They told me they would be there in 2 hours. never showed. I finally called and they get mad for calling. they are rude, they are obscene , they cuss and swear at you for asking where they are at.
