Jonathan does!!! 1) I had already been through this process with another company so I understood the grade of springs and realized that the ones that Jonathan installed were two grades higher yet the price he charged me was less than they did as was the service not to mention the fact that I had to make an appointment two weeks in advance with these guys and Jonathan skipped in and out for me. 2) Jonathan didn't try to upsell me at all I actually asked him about replacing the opener and two bent pieces of track. He fixed the bent pieces of track and told me that my opener would probably be good for another 20 years so he didn't try to upsell me anything. He wouldn't even let me pay for his In-N-Out Burger. 3) I really enjoy supporting family owned businesses and the fact that he had his son with him and that he was showing him the ropes just resonates with me. There is a reason why this guy has so many five-star reviews I refer all my business to him and I do it with confidence.

Door Pros @ San Rafael installed a Clopay Modern Steel Door and it looks great!…read more I would love to leave you a 5-star Yelp Review, but I think waiting nearly 4-months for installation is a little too much. Lots of delays and "finger pointing." The last story I heard was the Clopay factory in Ohio shipped my original door to the wrong place, and Door Pros had to get a rush replacement. So finally the two-man crew shows up and installed my door. This is my very first garage door I bought, so I watched the process. Very efficient, and their experience shows in how smooth the install process was. My old "retro" door weighed about 400-lbs, but they were able to remove it and haul it away. BTW, Nate was a great salesman. He didn't upsell the most expensive door in the catalog. He listened to what I ideally wanted. I wanted something new and modern. Something that would add value to my home. I got a Clopay Modern Steel Door with windows in chocolate brown, stucco texture. Included: LiftMaster opener, mailslot and safety latch. Got a $200 discount.

Richard was quick to respond via email and most of the questions could be answered via email and sending photos, then a phone call for follow ups and to schedule the appointments to remove the railing and reinstall it. I was a little nervous because the job was so small that Richard didn't think he needed to visit the site to confirm prices or the work needed, but decided to move forward since he had a very competitive and reasonable quote compared to others (cheaper than another company by a significant amount). Scheduled the work and Richard's team came out and removed the railing very quickly and carefully, cleaning up any messes. My household was without a railing on the stairs for a week, then the workers arrived to reinstall. It took 3 hours or so to install it, and they were careful and did good work, cleaning up as always. The railing looks amazing. They blasted off the old paint and replaced it with what appears to be a matte powder coating that matched the same white we had before and looks great. The bars they used to fill the gaps look identical to the others, so the entire railings look brand new and complete. Richard and his team even installed a horizontal safety bar by request because the gap between the floor and railing was too tall. I'm very pleased. The railings feel sturdy and look great; in fact, the railings look better than before and are now much safer. I would do business with Mr. Handrail again and highly recommend them!
