I am not really sure where to leave a review for Williams Orthodontics besides Facebook (I'm not on…read morethere, so....) but I want to shout from the rooftops how great our experience was with Dr. Williams and the entire Williams Orthodontics team was for our son's ortho work. Our teenage son started out with Invisalign and after we all figured out that wasn't working for him (our son was terrible at wearing them - not consistent as was necessary), Dr. Williams moved to the braces approach. Today our son had his braces removed and what a gorgeous smile he has! I cannot say enough good things about this group of folks- they are friendly, professional and really seem to care about their patients. They treat you like family and it's obvious they want their clients to feel as good as possible when undergoing what can be uncomfortable treatment (i.e. - orthodontic work!) I also really appreciated their email and text reminders regarding appointments. They were communicative while being under Covid restrictions- committed to the safety of their staff and clients but kept tabs on the treatment protocols for their patients. Another perk, they have an Evergreen and a Conifer office and clients can book appointments at either office which worked for us since we live between both locations and it was great to go to the office that was most convenient for our schedules. There is beautiful artwork everywhere, the chairs can massage you while you're laying down and if you want you can even turn on the TV above you and watch a show while they're working on you. And of course, her work is amazing. I've had to get crowns on my front teeth and they look SO GOOD. The guy said, "Hello." I asked if this was Transparent Smiles and he said, "Oh, yeah." I should of gotten a refund from Groupon then. Red flag #2. I got to my appointment and there were others standing in the hall as the business was not open yet. It never did open up and I waited for 30+ minutes! The others had been there longer than me. A guy walked by and started laughing. He said, "Might as well leave as they never show up or if they do it is very rare." One lady asked him if he had gotten his teeth whitened there and he said, "Are you kidding me? The place is a joke and no one should trust them to whiten their teeth. It's not a real business, believe me. There are professional companies and then there is this company." He laughed again and left. Needless to say, I left and got a refund. I rue the day I agreed to let the goodly dentist agree to fix my teeth. I had a bite issue from…read morepoorly made crowns from a previous dentist. I just needed a small touch up from one that was a bit too low. He Guaranteed me that he could fix my bite. $3000 for a $150 bite guard that I was to wear for far too long to "get my jaw right". It was never not right, just a tooth a little too low. After that, instead of raising the one lower tooth, he took a dremel and ground my others down, making them sharp as razors so they constantly cut my tongue, and after too many visits to get it "right"--or even close to that, I gave up and cut my losses. I've filed them down myself with a nail file to prevent a ravaged tongue. And that was an additional $3000--$6000 up front for the whole deal--cash out of pocket. That was a couple grand more than the original 5 crowns to begin with. Not one day has gone by that I am not in pain and it has been years. I've been to 4 other dentists and none of them want to touch the problem now. I can no longer chew like one should, so many foods are taboo and most aren't chewed well, creating more problems. No grinding, like for salad. I can't even put my teeth together unless there is food to fill in the rough terrain. Like gravel on gravel. My only real mistake--going there in the first place. Nice guy--certainly. Occlusal specialist--not even close. I've few regrets in life--but this tops the list. I could drone on, but I needed to put this to rest here.

I saw Dr. Kuljis in the 1990's and he botched two root canals. I eventually lost one of the teeth…read moredue to the botched root canal. He refused to return phone calls and I eventually filed a complaint against him with the Board of Dental Examiners. The Assistant Attorney General who was prosecuting the complaint told me that his license had been revoked because of numerous complaints against him. I am appalled that the State of Colorado has continued to let him practice dentistry. Twenty plus years later I am still spending money to correct mistakes made by Dr. Kuljis.
