He did clean up a lot of the glass, but not all. To be fair, I'm not sure (and I didn't bother to ask) if the clean up was included. Overall, good service. The technician had great communication, was on time, and made sure to walk through all the important stuff including showing us how the last guy installed the windshield using a skimpy amount of sealant. He was also careful to make sure that the eye used for my automatic wipers would be in good shape (something the other guy did not). Overall, the value was great.
