I was able to schedule everything online and know upfront exactly what I'd be paying, I received plenty of helpful communication ahead of my appointment, and the staff was very responsive and proactive as my service was in progress. There was a slight delay in completion time, but the technicians kept me up to date, explained everything, and were very apologetic for the extended service time. Windshield replacements for my car are expensive, but I saved about 15% here compared to the usual cost at the Tesla Service Center. Highly recommend!

The technician had great communication, was on time, and made sure to walk through all the important stuff including showing us how the last guy installed the windshield using a skimpy amount of sealant.
