I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. There were times it looked green. Then there was an air leak in our fairly new pool pump, and Gary supposedly repaired it, but it became worse. His cleaning guy came out a week ago to clean the pool and we pointed it out. He was not able to get it to cycle. He just left it that way so now the pump has burned out because it was not able to cycle. No one has returned to address it. My pool has been like this for a week and he finally called back today.
