I waited about 45 minutes after I showed up, which was what the front counter staff estimated for me. Not too bad for a walk-in clinic. There are magazines to read while you wait, of course.

I was shocked when it came time to pay I was told the amount I owed and then told, "plus tip ". I have been too many spa establishments and have never been told plus tip - having said that I always do tip. My understanding is that tipping is optional and is meant to be a way of showing appreciation for good service. It should not be assumed or presented as though it is mandatory, particularly when the service did not meet what I specifically requested. I will not be returning for this service or any other.
