My husband had a total hip replacement and needed physiotherapy treatment. The therapist assigned to my husband is Biren Patel; from the initial assessment up to my husband's ongoing treatment Biren is very good in explaining the activities and keeping my husband confidence in his getting back to his feet safely. My husband enjoys his company which is good so its not hard to get him out for his treatments. I will continue going there until my husband is able to return to his full activities. I went to Lifemark because it was recommended to me. I needed an OT and they had them there. I have been treated badly in my life but not like this. Buyer Beware would apply here. Just make sure you don't need help when you go. I have some unique needs due to a work place injury and challenge. They were helpless. The OT Deneice was horrible, unkind, unhelpful and cavalier. Not what one needs when you have a major wellness problem. Apparently she has an OT Masters degree but you would never know the way she behaved. Appalling. read more

I have been going there since 2010 and have always left feeling a thousand percent better until now. I have a chronic back issue that they at LifeMark have all the background info on(ie CT scans, etc....). When I do have a blow out with my back and I can't seem to get it under control myself with the stretches,etc they gave me I head in for a treatment and I feel great after I leave. They advised me that the physiotherapist that I have been seeing is no longer at this location(that also happened with the previous one too) and that I would have Manvier (sp???) So how did it go??? Lets start with the fact that I waited 30 min past my appointment before I was seen! After going through my ENTIRE history from the date of injury to the present, even though he has all my paperwork I was not going to get the same treatment that I had in the past. He did a move that was like a spinal decompression which in fact aggravated my back more. I did however get the electro shock therapy as I like to call it w ith heat. That sounds nice right? WRONG! I do realize that there is a certain amount of the gel that is used and I expect that it is to get on my clothes but not my entire lower back of my tank top and the top band of my yoga pants and my underwear. I had to drive home and not lean on the seat so I wouldn't spread it around more. The sad thing was that even though I told him where the pain points were he didn't place the pads in that area so I left with a slightly more stretched feeling but that was it. Nothing was fixed. I spent $55 plus over an hour and a half to get covered in gel and messy clothes. To top it off when I went to pay I was made to wait in mid debit transaction so the receptionist answered the phone and went on and on on the directions to their location. Hello!?! I've been slimed and really want to get home to take some meds to see if they will work while you're chatting away. Here's a thought..... ask the caller to hold while you print my receipt so I can leave. This experience made me quite sad actually. I was beyond happy with my previous visits and was thankful that I finally had found something that gave me relief. Now I am forced to find a new physiotherapist. read more

Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get REAL treatment and to learn how to continue to self-rehabilitate once your sessions are done. All the therapists' were very knowledgeable and they not only provided great treatment in clinic, but gave me a plethora of resources for at home use so that I can spend less time in the clinic and more time at home or work while continuing to get better. I felt everyone I talked to genuinely cared about my well being, with my 30 minute appointment being 40 minutes (it was a fresh of breath air to have a clinician not constantly checking the clock!) and then having another clinician afterwards educate me and offer some tips. read more

What a fantastic therapy center and awesome therapists. Everybody is always helpful and friendly and great to work with. It is a good atmosphere and fun. I lost my right arm and I'm going there since a couple months. You meet people having the same situation or other health issues and it is helpful when you can talk to all the people there. My healing process has improved a lot since I go to Lifemark. It is very important if you have support like that because it helps you a lot like it did for me with your healing process. read more

What a fantastic therapy centre. I came here for a consultation and was impressed by the smiles up front, and the consultation from who I believe was the owner. (can't remember). The place has music and a lot of people exercising. Would definitely visit over again. read more
