    Terrible service. Had the smart drive stop working less that 6 months into service and instead of…read moresending me a new one I had to send the old one in first in order for them to start any process. I didn't hear anything for weeks and it wasn't until I reached out that they told me it was going to be at least another 2 weeks before the issue was resolved if possible. I opted to have a new one just sent to me and when it arrived (with no instructions) I had to get back on the phone with technical support only to have them not have any record of the replacement but also not know what to do to link up the new smart drive. Meanwhile this whole time I haven't been able to look back on past video of someone damaging my personal property that occurred and would have been able to view had the system been working properly. Nobody took any responsibility and basically said there's nothing more they can do. I can't wait to cancel my service but I'm sure they'll be a hefty fine on top of that! One representative I spoke with said that a customer service representative would be calling me to discuss a refund for the months that the service was not working and I'm still waiting for a call... Do yourself a favor and avoid signing up and go with a company that actually knows what they're doing and puts their clients first! *Per the generic response from my situation below they clearly still don't understand the issue. The issue isn't the fact that the smart drive stopped working (however that's what it originated from). The issue is the poor level of service in which it was handled and the fact that nobody ever took ownership of the problem and was willing to give any type of refund or discount or anything to help make it right! Again, avoid Vivint if it wasn't clear enough already.
