Honestly, I wasn't sure it was repairable, but they replaced the screen within a couple hours, and it was good to go, at least for a couple weeks. The screen quit working again, but not due to their work but the extent of the previous damage. So back in the phone went, this time for a new screen and back case. Darin was willing to comp the screen as they had already replaced it, but as I was using my bank's phone insurance this time, we are having it fully repaired like new.
