I understand that it gets busy but if you are aware that people leave work early to make it to their appointment on time then have some respect and manage your staff time accordingly. There was only 3 staff working, but shouldn't there be more staff scheduled if you are aware of these appointments. One of the staff was helping another person who didn't even schedule an appointment and was a walk in. Management should explain or review office policy and procedures to the staff.
