Several days later I called again and asked for a status. They said not ready. After over two weeks I drive there and the young lady said they are working on it right now. So you guys forgot about my order. This was the second time they have done this. Last year it took over 6 weeks to get a class b shirt. Plus the young workers on the floor are immature and seem only interested in flirting with each other. I'm done with this place. I've spent thousands of dollars here but I'll be taking my business to Some's or Harris. It's a longer drive for me but I can't with this place anymore.

I called Belle and spoke to them about this and they told me I could return the pants for a refund. They asked that I include a note with my name and contact information in the event they needed to contact me. So on June 19, 2019, I shipped back the two pairs of pants. UPS told me the package would take up to a week to arrive back. So a week later, on June 27, 2019, I checked the tracking and it had actually been delivered the afternoon of June 20, 2019. I checked to see that my refund was processed, but it wasn't. So here it is a week later and no refund, no one contacted me, so I call them. The woman on the phone told me that I had to wait until Monday and someone would call me. So Monday, at 4:21 I called them, since no one called me, and they close at 5:30. They then tell me that after my package sat there in their building for a week, and no one bothered to contact me, that there was only 1 pair of pants and not 2. I told them that was impossible, I sent back 2 pairs, they insisted I only sent back 1 pair. The woman even put some man on the phone, who was completely rude telling me he personally opened the package (mind you a week ago, with my contact info in the package and no phone calls to me) and there was only 1 pair of pants. I nicely, unlike this man, insisted that I had shipped back two pairs and they may have missed a pair. Who knows what could've happened, I mean it sat in their store for a week, just sitting there not refunded, with no communication. So the rude man, said he would refund my money for the one pair, and here I sit, later the next day, no refund. Belle Uniform, as far as I am concerned has very shady and bad business practice. They have POOR customer service and apparently cannot handle their customers items. On top of all of that they are currently thieves, as they are in possession of my paid for merchandise, of which they lost one of my items, and I am out the money. NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLE STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
