This gym is the best innner Houston -- hands Down. I am pleased to have met Bri early upon switching to the LF Greenway location whose dedication and professionalism have significantly enhanced my experience and I look forward to seeing her friendly happy face every time I come. Bri always demonstrates a remarkable commitment to ensuring that all members feel welcome and supported in the locker room and their fitness needs alike. From the moment I step into the gym, Bri is a ray of sunshine greeting everyone with a warm smile and a positive attitude - going to such lengths and the extra mile in a way I have yet to experience prior at a LF. Her approachable demeanor immediately puts everyone at ease, creating an inviting and motivating atmosphere. She goes above and beyond in her duties, whether it's maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities, offering assistance, or simply being a kind human being. Her knowledge and expertise are evident in every interaction and her dilligence to always ensuring members are well taken care of remarkable. She takes the time to understand each member's needs anywhere she can and enthusiasm for her work is infectious, inspiring members in a welcoming environment. What truly sets Bri apart is her genuine care for the well-being of every member. She remembers names, personal preferences, and fitness milestones, making each person feel valued and appreciated. This level of personalized attention fosters a strong sense of community within the gym, making it a place where members not only come to work out but also to connect and see her! Bri embodies the qualities of an exceptional employee and we are so lucky to have her at Greenway. From her professionalism, heartfelt commitment to member satisfaction and speed to keeping the locker room and facility in tip top shape. Her presence at Greenway significantly enriches the experience for all, and I recommend you pop in and say hello to the staff -- you won't be disappointed. The unmatched dedication management down is quite evident in all aspects of The fitness culture they actively cultivate.

The diamond membership here allows you to go all lifetime locations nationwide, however, I am a fan of this location. It's very spacious with modern interiors. Plenty of garage parking, you can just connect your ez tag for the gate. As a member, you can bring two guests each month. During the summer, the rooftop pool deck is a great place to relax for a nice tan. It has a leisure and lap pool surrounded by cabanas and lounge chairs. Full staff working the outdoor pool area. Easy to order food and drinks from the lifetime cafe. This location has a variety of features from saunas, spa, fitness classes, weight machines, childcare, etc. Locker room is relatively clean for most of the time. Towels are stocked up with many other amenities. Work out area is spacious. Would like to see some more classes on the weekends though. Overall, this location is pretty convenient.

I'd only come here once in a lifetime

It can take a Life Time to afford a membership like this. Yes, their club is a palace. I absolutely love it, the equipment is amazing, there's plenty of space, and some really, really hot people work out here (especially by the pool) which suggests that if you want to look really hot, you should probably join this place. Anyway, 3 times I came here for a tour. The first two times, I was completely ignored. One of those two times, they put me in a waiting room for about 20 mins and still nothing. During this time they were chatting about everything in the world except work and playing on their phones. At this price, I expected a lot more and it put me right off. Facilities are excellent, but the weights area isn't any better than the better end of the cheapest gyms out there.

This is the lovely 35 minute wait I got to be a part of today because one of these wealthy handicap sticker pool goers decided f this gate..

I'm like Emin Check out the pics of me waiting 35m to pass a broken gate This place is an absolute dump now. The current business model: Overhead: The pool, the bar, the people monitoring the pool... That no one uses for exercise... and the DJ on Saturdays. Is this a club or a gym? Nothing makes me more excited to workout, then spending 45 minutes to get there, only to find the garage's gate is broken... waited 30 minutes to get in... Mind you, I actually read directions and connected my EZ Tag right when I became a member... But now...I get to carry an annoying piece of paper to the desk and get a validation ticket... love it. Here's some ideas: Stop paying DJ's... Fix 1, maybe 2, I dunno, 3 treadmills out of the 14 that are not functional from heel runners who don't understand the difference between a street and a treadmill. 14. Has been brought up to the GM...in March...nothing has changed. The Wifi? For real...a 2.8kpbs dial-up is faster. How is it that you are killing people monthly for 300-350 a month, and you can't install a WiFi that works? Even crazier...a private WiFi network that only members use... That might be way way way too high tech for y'all. It's so interesting y'all don't have a contact e-mail on your website... kind of gives off a queue that you're scared of people writing about how awful your locations are. Your e-mails with surveys? The link dies within 3 weeks... pretty suspect. There's more than 5 or 6 UTM tracking tools out there...and 3/4 of them are free: bit.ly tiny.url short.ly Like use google... Your e-mail automations have the year 2019 on the bottom... I didn't know I was still living in the past. These are simple, takes less than 2 minutes to update things, that are obviously not important...or maybe, no one there knows how to do it, which would not be surprising. Why do I have a card FOB, in addition to my EZ Tag? Oh, just in case it doesn't work... so the garage is that terrible... interesting. Nearly as interesting as the 3x someone has dinged my car in the past 2 weeks... So odd...no cameras... no security... no one cares... But ya know what...let's pay a DJ, and make sure the bar is stocked for all of the Moms wanting to escape their miserable lives having teenagers, who just love to come to the gym, get out of the car (usually in handicap spots, like the 26" Rolls Royce SUV that seems to always get the best spot...because he has a tag...and he isn't handicapped...and really dgaf). I don't know, maybe him or the 3 other people who do it, every...single...day. Why do you have handicap parking spots? I have never seen a handicap person work out at your gym...in my life...including when it was The Met, before you purchased it. Get rid of them. Stop paying a DJ, and take care of customers who are loyalty members with 10+ years of membership, rather than opening business accounts for 'Entertainment Groups' in Houston, allowing all of their standup waitresses to work out at a gym they will never be able to afford. I'd definitely cater to them. Cater to the pool... have an annoying message about the kid's area closing at 8... when no one's in there... This would be super weird: Update the equipment from 2017. How is it that all these members have unlimited guests, pay 300 a month... And use the basketball court...no weights... no cardio... they come they hoop, they break stuff...they head to the pool...then leave, to get into their Audi A4 parked right up front in the 6 handicap spots because he has a sticker, and isn't handicapped. A security guard would be totally out of mind and out of hand...instead of, I don't know, paying a DJ on Saturdays... It's a shame I have to write this...it nearly feels like hubris saying this about the gym with some of the best employees I've met in my life... But for real...I get wanting revenue...I understand the model... Unfortunately, customers and clients mean more than money in business. This isn't a pay equity world with Megan Rapinoe as the spokeswoman... This is a gym that's turned into a club, and is just a place people work out at mondays and tuesdays before they just show up with a drink in their hand as they get out of their Volvo with 12 kids... Open a club, and just close that place... cause you're doing no one any favors. Age limit allowing high-school and college kids to continue to use their parents' membership past age 21. Fertitta's youngest kid can work out there on his parents membership... And I get to pay money to have a guest... It's annoying...it's frustrating...and working out at 4am because none of the morons flexing how 'hood rich' they are at the gym, before driving home to their duplex in Cypress. Here's my suggestion to anyone thinking about starting to come here... Bring tons of hand wipes... might open a subscription with Uber One so you can discount, and not have to worry about whether or not the garage is working... Place is trash

Pretty disappointed now that I've visited other lifetime facilities, including out of state facilities. No indoor pool. Hot tub never works. No coed hot tub. No outdoor hottub. Boring color scheme and the work out floor is just not comfortable, machines are just randomly placed, warm up area is small and always busy. Staff is not friendly and if you need assistance they never know anything. I am personally thinking about downgrading, I prefer Cypress or Baybrook to Greenway. This diamond level club is lacking a lot of basic lifetime amenities. I don't personally care much about the work space, but I guess they think having that makes up for the lack of everything else!!? Not a fan of this gym.

He knows what he is doing, pays attention, and genuinely wants the best for his clients. THE CORE gym is clean and has plenty of parking. When the previous gym shut abruptly, Brice had us up and running in the current gym basically overnight. Amazing. He prices his services to motivate you to go 3x a week. That may sound like a lot but it creates a routine. And that's GOOD. He pushes you in a "you can do this" way but is realistic if the weight is just too much. Brice balances the sessions so that your whole body gets a workout over the week. And he is big on stretching. He works hard to plan productive sessions where your time is valued. Not much on chitchat and no "lollygagging". Heather covers on certain days of the week; she is knowledgeable as well with a dry sense of humor. I highly recommend giving them a try. Your first workout is complimentary, I think, so really what do you have to lose? Just do it. It's time.

I was treated rudely and with disrespect. Several people came across as arrogant. Prior to taking any sessions, I carefully described all of my injuries. I'm a 40+ year old former athlete with arthritic joints. Even after explaining my injuries, the instructor, who is also part owner, pressured me into going harder on exercises than what was suitable for me. I ultimately injured my right shoulder, and couldn't life my arm. During class the instructor was very rude. I sought medical treatment with my chiropractor, and when my symptoms did not improve I had an MRI and eventually saw my orthopedic surgeon. I was in physical therapy for 5 weeks. I also called the studio after my injury to let them know what happened. Because I had pre-paid my sessions, I was unsure if I could easily get my money back, since they were giving me a vibe as if they do not give refunds for any reason. But I think in some cases, you should issue refunds for unused money, because not every studio is a good fit for every person. I felt like I was being looked down upon. There does not seem to be clear policies in place in the event something happens, such as an injury. I was treated horribly. They are not physical therapists and are not qualified to diagnose injuries. The liability waiver excludes them from all liability if you become injured. This means that if a customer does not want to do business with you, either because they do not feel as though you are competent enough to help their specific needs, or they simply do not want to risk further injury they need to be able to end the business relationship. It is a customer's decision if they want to continue doing business with them, even if they pre-paid, especially if something bad happens. They eventually refunded me money, but I had to go back and forth for over a week, which was stressful. I think that they thought I was being dishonest. This was insulting. I've found a new studio. I'll never be back.
