They basically drug my dryer up the stairs and it scraped my railing all the way up, not just the paint, literally took a chunk of my railing. Customer care is a joke and will not answer the phone. I spoke to Keith at the Chattanooga office and he was very rude and hateful the entire phone call, and wouldn't transfer me to anyone. Finally once I got mad he hung up on me. It's crazy how you spend almost a grand for movers and they completely damaged your new home and refuse to fix it.

Now April doesn't get paid for OT, but nonetheless she heard that we, my wife & I were flying out at 6AM the next morning and needed to store my car that night, April was kind enough & stayed past 6PM to help us. she set us up with a unit, and now my car sits cozy & SAFE thanks to April!!. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her, every storage place we called was adamant about closing at 6PM and we had no where to leave my car until we got back!? April's customer service skills is what separates the real businesses, the BIG DOGS of storage companies if you will, from the mom & pops that only care during business hours. They close at 2 on Saturdays, and it was cutting it close but thought maybe if I called ahead and asked if they could stay open a few minutes extra for us they'd be willing to if not, not a big deal. Said we're needing to rent the car dolly they have available and know they close in 20 minutes but if we get there in the next 5-10 if they could help us. She laughed and said "no, I have an appointment and I'm the only one here." I said, you said no (because her line kept breaking up)? She said "yeah no, good luck getting here." I'm 6 months pregnant, my husband did not like how she spoke to me. We showed up at 1:49, she was in her scooter gear all ready to walk out. He went in and said "are you the woman who was rude on the phone to my wife?" I could hear from the parking lot as I was walking in her start yelling, cursing and telling him he's being aggressive. She threatened to call the cops and have us banned. She called her manager, he said our last reservation is 1:30. I said ma'am that's all you had to say on the phone. She continued to yell and scream and threaten us. After going to an actual UHaul store, they've heard numerous complaints about Cannon and Elizabeth in particular. 10000000% do not recommend doing any type of business here.

That is absolutely not right! However, my major issue is that, since maybe around the beginning of the year, the company has not kept someone in the office during the office hours posted on the door. I have gone numerous times to pay my bill, only to find it locked & no one in the office. I have learned to call before I go (though I have forgotten a time or 2), but the answering service has not been given correct info often times, as they expected someone to be at the office during certain times, but when I have gone, there's still almost always been no one there!!!! I have found signs posted, stating early closing times, or later opening times the next day. But even with that info, the people who service the number provided for info have rarely been notified about the changes!! I'm *absolutely* *fed* *up* with this sloppy, shoddy, poor & usually nonexistent service!!!!!! I understand there's been employee changes, sicknesses, lack of enough people to be in every office location. But they have no excuse for not having the actual everyday times posted at the office & if something happens to require different hours, giving *specific* opening & closing times. But more importantly, they HAVE to take 2 minutes to call the answering service & informing them of the true times there will be someone there! I am now needing to pay my bill with cash. Just this week, I have called 4 times, been there 3 days & still not found anyone in the office to pay! I absolutely will NOT pay a late fee, if I am unable to get my payment processed before the due date!!!! I Don't Know what is causing such few employees. But they need to get their act together.
