Our unit was broken into and completely trashed. Many items were stolen and broken. Barely an apology from anyone. $ other units were broken into that same day. One unit had 2 classic cars stolen from inside. Luckily I had paid an extra $15 a month for insurance or there would have been no recourse. 2) Unit is infested with roaches. As I was cleaning up my unit after the break in I could not believe the infestation. I had to take special precautions to not bring these pests to our new home. This place is awful!!!

But mine was located by the outside & there was an opening along the bottom wall to the outside. The rat poison box was outside my unit so they were eating the poison then coming into my unit to die. All of the walls there were that way. Poorly constructed buildings. The light never worked. Plus, the chain to pull for the light to come on inside my unit was not long enough. Had to get a taller person all to find out the light didn't even work. I lived too far to come check on mine. It had been 9 months and there were HUGE dead rats in mine. Ate through 1/4 of my stuff. I'm not happy. I just left after picking up all of my stuff out of there. The quality is clearly lacking. I paid $60/month on their smallest unit for this to happen! I originally began paying $30 or $35 and they raised the price after a few months or so. It is NOT worth it! Stay the heck away from this location at the very least.

She's so helpful, very friendly and gracious, and fully knowledgeable about everything. She answered all my questions and showed me around. I would have given a gleaming 5 star if not for one small but important factor - the units are not the advertised size. I measured a 5x5 and discovered it's actually 4x5. I measured a 5x10 and discovered it's only 4.5x9.5. My advice is, come to look at the units in person, like I did, and bring a tape measure with you. Hopefully Public Storage will rectify the misleading measurements so that people are accurately informed about what they're paying for.

Beware!! Water damage and mold destroyed my belongings!! I…read morestored my belongings here for years while I traveled When I moved back and went to move them, most of my belongings had been destroyed with water damage and mold. There was standing water in several hallways running under the unit doors. I lost family heirlooms, furniture, electronics, art, books, photos, childhood memories, pretty much everything I owned. When I talked to the manager on duty she pretty much just said there was nothing she could do, no apologies, she could have cared less. She said that I should file a claim with the insurance they had me purchase when I rented that unit which was a dead end. Thousands of dollars to just throw it all away and have to start all over.
