    Horrible, reception and lab technicians are all rude and does not care about patients at all.

The staff nevertheless are are very good and pleasant My issue is that I learned through my daughter that my lab results were sent to her fertility clinic aswell as my appropriate doctors for the second time in 2 years I reported this serious breach of trust the first time last year which resulted in no investigation or report of findings. I was in poor health and was unable to followup. Just recently, my three physicians received the results (which was confirmed) with my inquiry based on the requisitions. However, my daughter's fertility clinic also received my lab results. It is serious problem that MY results with personal information were mishandled and carelessly shared to a clinic based on my and my daughter's last name? Fortunately, the clinic brought this to my daughter's attention. I contacted LifeLabs again. Two times I was told the onis was on me to find out how this clinic received my results. This is not possible because I am not a patient there and they cannot devulge this information. After the first complaint the promised escalation and enquiry never happened and was blown off after the second attempt to get this looked into. It is infuriating that this happened, but the refusal to look into this by LiveLabs demonstrates a lack of interest in investigating and resolving how patients records are handled. How often does this situation occur and patients are unaware of the mishandling of private personal medical information? Mistakes happen, but the refusal on the part of LifeLabs to investigate and address this issue is egregious and irresponsible. A lawsuit is waiting to happen!

I arrived early, was registered immediately, and didn't have to wait long. The specialist was very kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm absolutely satisfied with my visit -- excellent service and a great experience overall.

It was only when I asked then he kind of explained that he had to see if there was ny blood-clotting.When he paused for 10-15 seconds on my left groin under my underwear I started to feel VERY uncomfortable and said ''You are spending too long there!'' , ''Trust me'' he said.''I don't trust anyone.'' I replied'' He kind of laughed and said Ok. When he kind of brushed aginst my penis in my underwear, I said ''Don't!'' Then he started grabbing my leg below where he was scoping aggressively.''Why are you doing that?'' I asked as it hurt whenever he did it.He explained that it was to see blood flow but he should've explained before he did it.I should've asked for a different technician before all this. Then he put too much pressure on the sore swelling below my knee on the red part that was hurting already. Then he said ''All finished,you can wipe the gel off.'' and he threw a bunch of paper towells on my stomach.Then he left the room. Suddendly a few minutes later when I was putting my pants on,he popped his head in...''Do you need any help?'' Then I knew my suspicions about him being sexually abusive were not unfounded...Like why would I need help getting the gel off? Then he came in again and said ''My supervisor wants you to wait and he needs to talk to you'',...so I waited and waited and waited while the supervisor ran round and around.Finally I asked about being seen ...twice and realized I'd have to make an excuse to leave which I did saying I had another appointment.When I called my doctor they said they hadnt got the report yet.So I called Rosedale again and they said it was faxed in but they waould do it again.It turned out it was not serious and was a close the surface swelling and not a deep vein thrombosis. Bad and mad uncomfortable experience!Avoid!

A few months ago, I put up a comment up about Steve Makrinos who is a partner at Nutrivenus and KX Yorkville about a most terrible experience I encountered with him due to their lack of professionalism and genuine empathy for their customers. As a vindictive reaction, they went after a company I work with to give them a low rating/feedback - even though they had nothing to do with the situation. In turn, they promised if I removed the comment from YELP and FACEBOOK, they would remove the comment they left for the company who I worked with and would issue me a refund for the portion of the service I did not use. After I took down the comment, they removed the comment on the company's page (who had and never had anything to do with them) and did not honour their word to make the refund. I had originally purchased a 10 pack treatment ($2000) to have vitamins injected through an IV treatment. I gave 1 away and ended up using a total of 4 treatments for myself. I began to notice that I was having a reverse reaction to it on the 2nd and 3rd trial... I gave it one more shot in hopes that changing up the formula would help. Unfortunately, it did not. I know a few people who have used this product and they are happy with it. My concern is not the product but the people who are behind the business, especially given that they are running a business that is administering to peoples health. They were rude, demeaning and very hostile from the very beginning of us trying to come to a resolution. Their solution was to have me come in for more treatments. When I refused this, they said I could use the $1000 as a credit to purchase products ($1000 to spend of frivolous products from a store I was not interested in purchasing from - KX Yorkville). Finally, Steve agreed to refund the 5 treatments but not at the price I paid. Instead he would refund my 5 treatments based on me having purchased all 10 at regular price (which was never part of the original sale) which would have them refunding only $500 of the balance. His last email to me was stating that I would only be able to come back and continue the treatment. I don't have to say anything bad about Steve or his company, their actions speaks volumes on theirw own. If you are looking to have vitamins administered through an IV be sure to research the company fully and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with these guys. Aside from not doing my full research on these guys, I should have never taken down the negative experience feedback I had initially put up. I have been in contact with governing bodies regarding the company's practices and the authorities. Should they decide to continue to directly or indirectly harass and/or slander me, I will see to it that they will be held responsible for their actions and unethical business practices.

    This is the future of supplements. I was so sick of taking all those pills with little to show for…read moreit. Finally something that works!
