For some sadistic reason this doctor chose to inject my wife on the end and side of her toe where it was grossly inflamed causing the most intense pain I've ever seen her go through. With zero regard for pain and recovery he ripped the gel coat off of my wife's nail tearing it down halfway on her toe! I felt like yelling "what the hell is the matter with you are you a masochist"? When I told the doctor when I had my procedure done my doctor injected "the base" of my big toe before he did anything up towards the damaged area. He looked at me rolling his eyes and said "this is the way I like to do things". I thought WTF are you talking about. Don't you quacks take the Hippocratic oath to do no harm?! You go 11 years in school to inflict unnecessary pain on my wife because I question your methods? Methods that make no logical sense even if you have a leuk warm IQ?! Next time you want to declare war on my wife's foot spare me the $400 dollars because I'd rather spend $800 for a doctor that knows what they're doing. A week later, they called again not to fix their mistake, but to cancel completely and say there were no appointments available at all. This is grossly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when dealing with elderly patients who need timely care. Because of their incompetence, I am now forced to find another provider while my grandmother's condition continues to worsen. This office has made it very clear that they do not value patients' time, health, or well-being particularly the elderly.

Located in La Mirada, Dr. Jessica Luu had been very helpful in trying to get my broken ankle that has been hurting since I landed on it in May, better. Got eight weeks of healing to go to and hopefully it will be easier and less painful when I take every step into summer! She is really friendly and also concerned when she needs to be. It's not very scary to me to go here like other Doctor places. She makes you feel nice and comfortable.
