All of our family use this studio and the owner Emma is always a great enthusiast for fitness and good health .parking is easy and if you fancy a drink afterwards it's next to Bakers pub..always good for lunch. It's a haven for busy mothers and business owners and a great network of healthy and not so healthy folks like me..great instruction and a really fabulous workout..a must for anyone trying to regain their health and sweat a little .

I wasn't expecting too much and I really wasn't sure if I would find it 'tough enough' but it really is a tough full body workout. I loved the classes, I loved the atmosphere create by the instructor (Emma) and I loved how much my core and arms ached in that "I really just worked out' type of way. I have also noticed a huge improvement in my core strength and mobility since resuming CrossFit. I wish Pilates Plus Dublin would become Pilates Plus Sydney. Colin.

This is a lovely Pilates studio just above Fitzcycles on the Lower Kilmacud Rd. in Stillorgan…read more(entrance around the back, off the main road). There are just twelve Reformers so the classes are nice and small. You get plenty of attention. The teachers I have had have all been excellent and it is a tough but highly enjoyable Pilates workout. Why not five stars? It is more expensive than your usual mat Pilates class. But I quite like the way they offer classes. It's a bit like topping up. You can buy one class, 5 classes, 10, 20 or 50 and you have a specific amount of time to use them in. I prefer this to the monthly fee that a lot of yoga/pilates studios have as you can decide to invest in classes if and when you have the cash. The more classes you pay for together, the better value the classes are. I noticed a definite difference within about 10/15 classes. I had definitely toned up and become more flexible. I'd definitely recommend trying this place out. They also have a studio in Rathmines, but I haven't tried it yet.

So inclusive and a real "family" feel…read more Each of the instructors is highly knowledgeable yet has their own unique way of teaching so each class is a different experience. As someone with injuries I've tried soo many different forms of exercise to try to keep myself fit without causing pain & i have to say HOT YOGA is the best one for me. The heat encourages relaxed muscles and the instructors can offer lots of alternatives if I'm uncomfortable or merely unable to do a particular pose. You're always welcomed with a smile and when its been a few days/weeks since your last class there's an excited "HI!" from them too. If you're still unsure try the YIN classes on a Wed/Fri they'll have you hooked in minutes! Also reasonably priced as you can choose either class passes or unlimited access :)

The atmosphere is always really good and the workout - well what can I say, you are certainly tired after! The girls change it up every week with a new song and there is no teaching, you just get right into the song. I would highly recommend popping in on a Tuesday or Thursday if you are in the area! :D
