We asked what type of meats came with the "charcuterie" option and we were told "whatever is on the slicer right now" but that they were all locally made- or at least regionally made. That works for me and both selections were delicious. We also bought the special chocolate chip/cheese cookies they had for the event and they were fantastic. What I really want to talk about is the cheese curds though. We bought some to take home (you can buy everything they use on the boards in their retail area too by the way). I looked at her and around the store after being rang up for less than $2 and asked her what options I had. It wasn't like I was going to buy a pack of Remy hair or anything!
