Very bizarre and unfortunate on their part. Flowers I purchased were lovely, but I would never patronage a business like this again. Leaving 1 star review based on the response from the owner. Editing: in addition to unprofessional, the owners are liars- denying that they sold flowers to me and that I interacted with 3 employees that day (one via text, two in person). I then waited another 3 days and still no shipping notification. Wondering if they when they plan on shipping the batteries, I went on their website: FactoryOutletStore.com and had a chat with one of their customer service reps and she told me that they will have them shipped out today, which was four days after I placed the order. The following week goes by and all I got was a tracking number that cannot be traced. On Tuesday (9 days after the order) I was able to see that the order was received at my local post office, however, it was pending. Not until Monday (15 days after the order) was I able to see the package was delivered to my local post office at 1:47 am and out of delivery at 7:10 am. Two weeks to deliver the batteries from New York is too long. And if I had not contacted the Factory Outlet Store it surly would have taken longer. Now the batteries. They arrived in just a plastic bag, not a retail box of any kind. Furthermore, the plastic bags were not even sealed, they just placed them in there. Therefore, I don't believe the batteries are Original and problems will occur with such knock offs. My advice to others, shop elsewhere and good luck.

1 - Ordered a "new" transmitter (Dogtra) to replace my lost one on 11APR23 and received the order…read moreon 14APR23. 2 - The "new" transmitter was not in original packing and only placed into a manila bubble wrap envelope with a packing list. 3 - The "new" transmitter was defective upon receipt (the second/middle digit that indicates power levels did not work). 4 - Called FactoryOutletStore.com (FOS) to request a new transmitter and was told they could NOT send a new one until the old was received by them first. So... Due to THEIR error (shipping a questionably "new" item that didn't work correctly), I was now going to be forced to be without a transmitter until they get the old one back. 5 - I asked for them to ship new one while I kept the old one. Upon receipt of properly operating transmitter, I would return their defective one (in order to maintain training for my me and my dog). NOPE! Their "process" won't allow them to ship me a properly working item while I still kept the one they sent earlier, unless... I pay for a new one FIRST! In other words... I have to literally pay for their mistake. 6 - They had all my payment information (and could have charged me if I decided to keep the inoperative transmitter (Why I would do that, I have NO idea.) and they were going to send a return shipment label for the broken one (so they had the means to track the return)... NOPE! 7 - I went from the guy that answers the 800 number to "Scarlett" (that sounded more Hindi than American) in "escalations" to "Jane" (Scarlett's Hindi neighbor) and still got nowhere. 8 - Their business practices are simply wrong. If you ship someone a POS item, then you need to make it right. I will NEVER do business with these people and I cannot recommend them for ANYONE - unless you like getting screwed over. Tip for consumers: I truly have nothing good to say about the business practices of this company. They know they're wrong and only want your money. Products used: Dogtra 280C Transmitter
