I worked & managed in the food industry for years. Most places charge a 3-4% transaction fee which covers the merchant processing fee. I understand that I'm only one guest, but multiple this by a 100 guests and they are deceptively profiting. Makes me wonder what other poor business practices are occurring behind the scenes.
