This location is clean, well stocked, and the employees were polite. While the price has gone up over the years, majority of the items are currently $2.25 and good quality for that price. We arrived in the area before Las Americas Premium Outlets opened, so I brought my cousins to Marshalls because this store - across the street - was open! I looked through the clearance spots and made my way to the restroom at the back of the store. Marshalls is quite reliable when it comes to customers' comfort... I really appreciate the clean facilities! I saw some nice dresses with a red "marked down" sticker... very tempting, but not my size. Shucks! I saw Vera Bradley x Disney collab bags - I would get one if it featured Mulan! =D I like to hunt for treasures at Marshalls. Some people (like my cousins) don't. SERIOUS TOWING DISPUTE -- ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE & VEHICLE DAMAGE…read more On August 28, 2026, my vehicle was towed by Western Towing from a designated accessible parking space at Las Americas Premium Outlets while a valid disabled placard was prominently displayed. I dispute the basis and circumstances of the tow. The written tow authorization provided to me identifies the alleged violation as "WALK-OFF, NON-CUSTOMER." After recovering my vehicle, I identified damage that I believe occurred in connection with the towing incident, including damage to the front lower bumper and my dashcam. I have preserved photographs, records, and other documentation relating to the vehicle's condition and the incident. I paid the $285 towing charge under protest in order to recover my vehicle, and I documented my dispute on the paperwork. Formal complaints concerning this incident have been submitted to appropriate agencies and organizations. Las Americas Premium Outlets management has also confirmed to me in writing that video footage and documentation of the incident have been preserved. Western Towing has referred the matter to corporate counsel, who has acknowledged my evidence-preservation request. The legality of the tow, responsibility for the claimed vehicle damage, and other issues remain disputed. I am limiting this review to my personal experience and facts supported by records currently available to me. I will update the review if the matter is resolved or additional verified information becomes available.

Once checked in it took the tech 3 hours to replace 4 tires?!?! The whole experience is unlike any other Tire service center......they make Discount tire seem like the Taj Mahalo of tire centers. Everything is very cryptic and not transparent. They can't even tell you what measurement they torqued your wheels to your car. No customer service to speak of....tires are great....prices are like $60 lower per tire compared to other reputable tire centers.....guess you need to pay a premium for customer service these days.

The different shops and restaurants have a variety of price ranges, so there is something for everyone to choose from. There are also two movie theaters which are quite popular. I come here whenever I want to catch a movie or shop at Sears since they closed down the ones I used to shop at in the U.S. They also have live music playing sometimes or clown shows with gifts for children. I have experienced great customer service across all establishments I've been to in this shopping center. People of all ages can enjoy their time here.

When I entered the store, I was carrying a red bag and asked the employee at the entrance if I needed to leave it with her. She clearly stated that it was fine to bring the bag inside as long as I tied it, which I did. Despite this, moments later I heard the same employee report a "red bag" over her walkie-talkie to security. This was misleading and unnecessary, especially since she had already approved the bag. Shortly after, two individuals--one wearing a gray zip-up hoodie and another dressed entirely in black--began following me closely throughout the store. They repeatedly circled me, watched my every move, and made no attempt to be discreet. Their behavior was intimidating and made it impossible for me to shop comfortably. I felt targeted, harassed, and treated as though I were guilty of something simply for being there. I fully understand the need for loss prevention, but this level of surveillance was excessive, inappropriate, and directly contradicted what I was told upon entering. If the store does not trust customers to carry bags, then that policy should be clearly enforced at the entrance rather than allowing entry and then subjecting customers to aggressive monitoring. This experience was humiliating and unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel inferior, embarrassed, or unwelcome while shopping. The lack of consistency and professionalism from both staff and security reflects poorly on this location's management. Due to this incident, I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge management to immediately review and correct these practices

The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to brunch prices in the U.S., making it a great value for the quality and variety of food offered. Our waitress, Olivia, was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and always checking in to refill our drinks. The service was top-notch, and the overall ambiance was classy yet relaxed. It felt comfortable and welcoming for both adults and kids. One thoughtful touch I really appreciated was the freestanding coat and purse rack at each table. All Costco layouts are pretty much the same, so I was easily able to maneuver my way through where I needed to get to. We were there for the weekend, so we wanted to stock up on tequila and seltzer water as well as try some food at the food court. Lots of different options to pick from, and you do see some savings, especially coming from the US. The store was very clean, and people were friendly. I was able to pay with my card inside the store, but it was cash only at the food court.
