Thankfully, two younger female associates stepped in and actually tried to help, which I really appreciated. If Dick's keeps this level of customer service up, they'll be reminiscing with Sports Authority. In summary, I walked in looking for expert advice and walked out realizing the five-star Amazon reviewers were the real sporting goods specialists. Needless to say, Amazon won my business.

She made snide remarks about the shoes I was trying on and seemed to be more interested in her phone than assisting me with my purchase. After spending a considerable amount of time in the store, I decided to leave without making a purchase. The lady was also talking to her co workers bragging out how she was about to leave even though she wasn't done assisting me. The sales lady's behavior had left me feeling devalued and frustrated.

My tape, tire and tube were replaced, the cost was reasonable, and I was in and out of the shop in under half an hour. This is my new bike repair shop.
