It was a pleasant surprise since most of their locations are smaller and don't usually carry much soccer-related stuff. I highly recommend checking this place out. Well, the two times I came here in season they never have my size. I ended up ordering it at another sport place because shipping was free and it only cost 85 bucks instead of the marked up price of 125 here. For the Super Bowl 48 Championship Hat, they did have it. Apparently they only made that one style of an adjustable cap and with the brim curved (I like my hats with the brim flat). I guess I didn't have a choice but since it was a championship hat, I made an exception. Service is almost non existent here. Whenever I show up, I always end up talking to the guy behind the counter because there usually isn't an associate walking around helping out. Does that second person always go on a break every time I show up? So its usually just one person manning the whole store whenever I go there. Weird. So in closing, you wont always find what you're looking for here and when you do, its usually not the right size. They have an oversized Trionda match ball replica by the entrance. They have running shoes, training shoes, futbol cleats, basketball shoes, golf shoes, hoodies, shirts, tank tops, sports bras, shorts, leggings, socks, bags, matching sets, etc. You can get a shirt/ hoodie customized. She then told me there was no 7.5 in stock, only an 8, so I tried those on. After another 10 minutes waiting, I was told they couldn't find the other shoe. My daughter then noticed there was a shoe on the mannequin downstairs, which turned out to be the 7.5 I'd originally been told wasn't available. The staff member said they would remove it from the mannequin and asked if I wanted the shoes customised downstairs, which I agreed to. After waiting another 10-15 minutes with no sign of anyone removing the shoe or updating me, I left the store. Absolutely shocking customer service and no urgency or apology at all. Very disappointing experience.

Rather than sending the hat back so they could replace the fedora with an affixed pin, I called Hattitude and spoke with Jib, who said to bring the hat in. When I arrived, Jib gave me some history on hat pins and noticed that the fedora contained a glued-in feather, so the feather could not be switched out. Jib was pleasant and highly knowledgeable, and the store had a solid selection of hats, including Stetson and Bailey fedoras. Jib inserted my pin, which didn't appear easy, but she knew what she was doing. She didn't charge me anything, either. I recommend checking out their hat selection, and I am confident that if Jib is there, she has the knowledge to help you with any inquiries you have.
