As far as service is concerned: at one visit I was served by a very professional and courteous sales person. And luck of the draw: He had the Puma "Ciele" in my size as a return, so I got a great shoe for a reasonable price. However at another visit the folks working there were somewhat helpful but less than enthusiastic and the selection (for high end running shoes) is limited to non existing. The sales person told me that they generally do not receive much of the higher end products.
