The last time we were there, they were having a store closing sale and so we hadn't been back to the mall since. We had planned a quick stop in the mall to get her eyebrows done and then we were heading to the Marshalls in Glen Mills. They had some products locked in cases which was aggravating because we had search high and low for an employee to retrieve the items we needed. Only one employee had the key we were told. Also the checkout was horrible. You can only do self checkout and there one only one cashier available. They only had one line for both. I believed that slowed up the process. Otherwise I would still shop at target, but I think I would continue to do curbside.

There are NEVER any cashiers working (or anyone working, for that matter) so the only option is self-checkout, which wouldn't be that big of an issue if they were all functioning properly, but there's only ever 2 of them working at a time so the line's always awful. Then *every single thing* is behind glass (I understand for certain medications/tech, but deodorant? Shaving cream?), with "call help" buttons/sensors that don't work (probably on purpose judging by the common theme and attitudes). And if you're *sooo worried* about shoplifting, then why the hell does this Target only carry the most expensive stock??? I can't even get a basic floor lamp here for under $80, and I have to go all the way up to the metroplex or the 24hr Target in Bala Cynwood for a basic $10 one. Oh, and most stuff they won't even put out and you can't get it unless you order online. And no, not even the expensive things like I just mentioned, but the most BASIC things like snacks. I'm never stepping foot in here again and honestly you likely won't catch me dead in a Target AT ALL now.

I got a very nice blouse for $29 (Marked down from $39.50) from Maryellen who has worked there (at the Paoli location) for 14 years, is extremely patient and puts up with lots of picky older ladies. I work from home, but when I travel, it is always business related, so I needed good business casual. I have body-image issues, so I generally walk in to clothing stores, try a few things on and leave (in despair). When I got there, I was shown what I was looking for and from my dressing room was assisted in finding alternate styles that were more flattering, etc. I believe that her name was Joan and she pretty much not only guided me to finding me an entire wardrobe, but accessorized me. I spent over $500 and still have every piece of clothing and accessory. I would never have done that without help, trying on styles that I wouldn't have considered (because I tend to stick with what I know). I go back every other year and only when I don't have kids with me. I had gone to the one in Delaware (tax free shopping), but I didn't find the personal service that I got at the Paoli store. My 8 year old son got a gift card to GameStop for his birthday 6 months ago. He chose to use it to buy a GameStop pass, so he could get a free pack of Pokémon cards every month (which the guy working sold him on). We've then proceeded to come on here every month to them never having Pokémon card packs, so he feels like he wasted his gift card. They won't even let him get the $.50 singles in its place since they can't fulfill what he wants. Additionally, there's always ever only 1 person working, and no matter who is working they are completely inept. They are no help in finding things, and when more than even one customer is in the store they disintegrate like wet toilet paper. Lastly, they never keep consistent hours. I can rarely get here during the week because they close at 5, and now they're not even open on the weekends when they say they will be. They went as far as to post a calendar on their door for their holiday hours, and yet here I am at 10:39 on a Saturday, when they say they'll be open at 10, and no one is even answering their phone let alone removing the gates form the door and opening the store. Horribly run business, rude staff, inconsistent hours. I guess I'll just start buying my gaming stuff at Target or Walmart, because this place stinks.

I already knew the price point but had no choice because this is the school's designated embroidery store. Once I walked it I was taken back back by the set up ( it's just a lot of uniforms) I was greeted by Hanley who was just the sweetest and helped us get what we needed, recommend sizes and was very patient as my indecisive child was picking out hair supplies. Although my bank account was not happy, I was pleased with the customer service and that fact that I was in and out in minimal time with everything we came for even a matching headband :)

Do yourself a favor and buy only what you need to from here. When you go there, there is some expectations that the people helping you are more knowledgeable on the items than you are but that's not usually true. I think they need to do more training so they can actually be helpful They should know that an M and a W on a show means medium width and wide width not men's and women's.
