13 1/2 months later…read more.. I'm a reasonable person. I may not forget, but I try my best to forgive. That's how I found myself pulling into the parking lot here today with thoughts of treating myself to a cute new outfit dancing through my head. I was really, really hoping that my experience this time would be different. I was almost positive that last year's visit was a fluke. If K.M.'s review is to be believed, the employees are tired, overworked martyrs. And who knows; maybe they are. (In response to her comeback, I was in the store mid-day, not at closing. And I'm vigilant about hanging the clothes up and bringing them out of the dressing room when I'm done. You see, I'm not only a hard-core shopper, I'm also a former retail associate.) Was I greeted upon entering the store this year? NO. Did I come in around 2-2:30 on a Thursday afternoon? YES. Was the store busy? NO. Were three employees huddled together by the sweatpants/tee shirt displays? YES. Did they notice me when I walked right by them? NO. Did I try two dresses on anyway? YES. Did I have to wait, then call over to someone to let them know I wanted to do so? YES. Did they check on me, even though I was in the fitting room for about 10 minutes? NO. Did I put the dresses back on the hanger and bring them out when I was done? YES. Did I buy anything? HELL NO. I learned my lesson. I've got no more chances for South Moon Under.

No greeting at the door, no "how can I help you?", nothing. However, they were totally fussing over this girl who said she couldn't try anything on because she got a spray tan an hour before because she's leaving for FL the next day. Now, I was coming from work, so I was dressed professionally, not like some slob off the street. I gave them plenty of opportunities for them to at least say HELLO to me...I really should've walked out of there and said "Thanks so much for helping me out today!" Maybe they would've gotten a clue. P.S. They're stuff is way overpriced anyway. You can find stuff just as cute, if not cuter, at other stores. Gotta love the Main Line.

My girlfriend was able to find 5 articles of clothing she loved and will be able to wear on her trip. They only have women's clothing so I'm basing my review on the service we received and my girlfriend's love of the store (she shops here regularly). The clothing is definitely on the pricier side but she says quality and style are top-notch.

This particular Joyce Leslie store has succeeded in irritating me every single time I visit. Why,…read moreyou ask? Because they force you to sign the back of your credit card in pencil before they'll swipe it. This, to me, makes absolutely no sense at all. If I stole someone's credit card and it said "SEE ID" on the back of it and I went to use it at Joyce Leslie, they would *not* ask for ID, they would simply have me - the thief - sign the back of the card. "That's our policy" the cashier said at my last visit. In addition to that nonsense, you're pretty much guaranteed to see the the butt crack of at least half of the staff people, and be ignored on at least one occasion. But hey, they've got lots of cheap crap and a terrible return policy, so why not shop til you drop!

This year I ordered another sweater it came and it was a big so I returned it the next day. I always try to be respectful and if I have to return an item do it quickly so it's back in their stock as soon as possible. upon the return they informed me there were some kind of hole in it. They said that I did it which If I did, was completely unaware. So I have no idea if that hole was from me or from them. Bottom line they would not accept the return or give me a refund or give me a store credit. I asked they return the sweater to me Which the owner agreed to do, but the whole experience was very unpleasant. Clearly, their philosophy is a sweater is more important than a happy and satisfied customer. I will not be shopping with them again

I have been to this store that I'm usually hitting my vip mark twice a year between my self my husband and my little one. Over all I love that they send me email notifications of the lates sneakers. Footlocker rocks of course when you have the reward card, I look forward to my $20 gift cards they send me towards my next purchase.

If ever requested in a real-life interview, I'd respond with "Loft." More particularly, this outlet store...because it is cheaper with a better selection than the nearby regular stores. Loft is a peppy, bright brand. Their clothes are high quality and generally last a good long time...unless I wear them out because I love them so much. Most of the employees I've interacted with have been friendly. One of them somehow even managed to convince me to upgrade my LoveLoft card to a MasterCard, which I totally did not need to do...but, points. Who can turn down points? I've never had a bad experience here and often leave with a big bag. It's a must visit at the Gloucester Premium Outlets for sure. Loft may not have a direct correlation to my personality as a human, but it does have a direct impact on my wardrobe stock. Interviewers would appreciate that, right?
