The truck was still in the lot at 12:30 pm, even with it not being a busy day and 4 or 5 guys milling around in the garage. Finally, after complaining they pulled it inside. After 4 hours and many Price is Right's later I was on my way, but only after paying an extra amount for warranty which I told her I wanted to decline. I just paid it and left in frustration. I'll never visit this store again. Save time, money and frustration, go to Costco or at least find another store. I usually scoff at 1 and 5 star reviews, but this one truly merits one star.
